Absolutely disgusting I love a maccys but defo won't be coming back here the burger was slapped together to the point it looked like a set of steps then the second attempt was caked in ketchup it was like a ice rink.

I normally will do a drive - thru with McDonald’s, however on several occasions I have sat inside to eat with my children.Incredibly clean and well presented.Courteous and polite staff.Child friendly.Wheelchair accessible.Clean Lavatories.Large seating area.

Pulled up in drive thru on a Sunday morning, no acknowledgment. No one moving. Waiting at kiosk, spoke but had no reply. Ending up reversing out of drive thru and gone to get food

Order was on screen but when I went to get no one was there to give it or no one came to front for ages and non made eye contact finally some one else’s number came up and they said I will go look , then som one else’s dinner come up but I waited and then another 2 so I asked and they said oh it’s here some where and I noticed my order number stuck to wall which I pointed out and they went oh ! Lucky they did make it but non of the staff actually want to help or talk to people :( rude

Ordered of JE. Had drinks missing when food had arrived. To then be told I have to come up and collect my drinks ? put the blame of just eat when I didn’t think they made the drinks?. Ask a manager to remake my whole Oder as it was stone cold could have got hypothermia off it. Manger made my food as I was (Watching). To get home and still have the same problem with the food (Absolutely) stone cold Scotland would have needed a Coat. Really disappointed with the whole thing. Good job there is a (BURGER KING)? up the road from it with what you would want from a fast food restaurant (Why Eat like a Clown ? when you can eat like a king ?Wheelchair accessibility: Not a happy Bunny ^

The place was swarming with just eat drivers all loitering around the counter , picking their noses farting staring at any female brave enough to walk through
Had a problem with ordering gluten free food, I had to call head office for assistance they were brilliant and I was able to order knowing the chips were gluten free.Dietary restrictions: Staff wouldn't advice if the chips were cooked in a separate fryer

Sorry, all McDonald's are no longer fast food, they don't train staff properly, there was a system they worked to but since home deliveries and drive thru being priority they are toss nowdays, missing items every time, service is no better if you use the app, so much for order ahead, whats the point it will just be colder than it is now anyway, you need to supply re heating instructions with all food served for takeaway.
