Lady on the till in the cafe at 12pm today (Friday 23.02.24) needs to have some customer service training. Rude, unhelpful and condescending to the customer in front of me and I got the same service. Food arrived and wrong order. May be cheap but service and portion size means I won't return.

I am sorry to say but this has got to be the worst Morrisons cafe I have been to compared to others the staff where abrupt and borderline rude I stood at the till waiting to order for at least 3 to 4 minutes for a staff member to come out and say use the touchscreen display to order I replied I would if it was working which it wasn't she just puffed and said well what you having when I ordered I got my coffee from the machine which looked like it had not been cleaned in a while sat at a table which wasn't filthy but clearly had not been cleaned waited for my bacon roll which took 15 minutes came out undercooked and cold basically if you want to go to a decent cafe with nice staff go to a different Morrisons cafe Lawley in Telford and Oswestry Morrisons are both excellent

Poor food, just look at the picture oh wait the review system don't allow you too, shock!And on another note... I like my milky tea's. All they supply is small two drip milk pods. So saves me getting up 3 or 4 times (bare in mind there's two of us having a brew and I know I want more than one brew) I put about 20 milk pods on my try just for a staff member to come over and rudely ask me "do you really need all them milks" erm I'm I not allowed more than one cup of tea!!!Anyways poor food, rude staff a huge poor reflection on Morrisons cafe!WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, WOULD NEVER COME BACK!!Vegetarian options: Don't bother!

I used to eat here a lot as I always enjoyed the food. I tried it today and was hugely disappointed. My wife ordered avocado and poached egg on toast. When it arrived it looked nothing like the picture. Toast undercooked, poached egg rock solid and a smatter of avocado. I don't expect Michelin star food here but it should have resembled something of the pictures. We also like a decent amount of milk in our tea and we were rudely spoken to by a lady staff member who came over to our table asking if we needed all this milk. I mean who the hell are you to limit how much milk we have in our tea! If you want a cost effective solution have a jug of milk for customers!! Attitude is appalling. My full English was just edible. Undercooked bacon, overcooked eggs and raw tomato. Overall very disappointed. Cleanliness is poor. I heard another customer complaining about the cutlery being dirty. Up your game Morrisons. Other supermarkets are miles ahead of yourselves.

Ordered two bacon sandwiches with 4extra rashes of bacon in each, smart water, and a can of monster mango loco and a brie and cranberry toastie, all of which took over 10 minutes to get to us, and by the time it got to us it was cold, they refused a refund and told us they could make it again but we didn't want it again as it would be the same.All costed us £21.10£1 for each extra price of COLD bacon, we are now on our way to hospital as we have been throwing up since

Appalling service, cafe almost empty. No staff to be found anywhere. Me and another customer used the 'self order/pay' system, we were supposed to pick up a table number but there were none. Food was uninspiring, coffee machine on the blink. Apart from a glimpse of the boy who brought the food there were no staff present and a few dissatisfied customers. Oh dear Morrisons...what's happened??

Wow what a disappointment. When you can find a clean table (seriously I struggled to find one and there was only 5 tables currently being used) There were no trays, teaspoons or staff. Waited 10 mins to order. When I ordered she never gave me a receipt or asked for my Morrisons card. The sausage sandwiches came within seconds of sitting down. Fab rolls, sausages Luke warm (Doubt they are doing the correct food hygiene temperature controls) If you want your butter spreading (see photo) good luck with that.When I saw a sign showing you get an extra 800 points for spending over£8 I went back to the till to explain but as I had paid cash (There's nothing I can do! I don't know why they don't ask) You can contact head office but without a receipt???? Seriously don't bother going. To Morrisons head office, sort your kitchen manager, because they seriously need some management.

Being a previous Morrisons customer in numerous other cafes, . But it appears that this cafe and its food is completely below the standard I expect. We has Fish and Chips the chips on all the meals we're cold and burnt / reheated . The fish was No more than battered coated - Small fish finger . Overall the staff were under pressure trying to do the service till and delivering food and cleaning away dishes .

Waited in a queue to place our order,told when we got to the till there would be a 30 minute wait for food,even before we ordered anything?? , this is not the first time this has happened to us in Morrisons ,should put a sign up to tell people rather than wasting their time,will not be going there again,which is a shame as we used to enjoy eating there ,also having members of staff shouting out to tell people to use the scan and pay is not a good imag for the store

Been having breakfast here for a while. The staff are brilliant even if an issue they resolve quickly. The food is nice and comes quick. Recommend to have before shopping.Parking: Plenty of disabled parking and kids bays although people tend to park in the kids bays without kids

Food was lukewarm, bacon was nearly raw, egg was overcooked. Hash browns shouldnt be included in a "full english" as its an american thing, and it was probably the worst breakfast I've had. (apart from morrisons cafe in darlington). Cups/ mugs had coffee/tea stains inside which I found unacceptable. If you want a decent hot breakfast and dont want food poisoning from dirty utensils/crockery, then don't use this cafe.

Morrison's vegan breakfast sounded good value for money. However the whole place was very tired. Staff looked unhappy, and one was rude to a junior. The table was dirty, and the cutlery needed replacing. The food was slightly warm, mediocre, and (small point, I know) contained one small mushroom instead of the two flat mushrooms advertised. We would certainly not visit again, or recommend to anyone else.

Self check out machine is awful, got my order wrong, should have been 3 meals 2 drinks but the machine put through 2 meals 3 drinks, and worse still I didn't get a receipt so I had no idea that I would be waiting 30 minutes for the food to come out and was really annoyed I was missing a meal. Why didn't the machine produce a receipt or give you a recap of the entire order instead of just the drinks you need to collect from the counter! Automated service is definitely worse here! Kids eat free if adult meal over £4.50
