“This was the nearest hotel that we could get for an overnight stay following a day at the Quarry for 'Let's Rock'. It's a 10 minute taxi ride into the town costing, well we gave taxi drivers a tenner each way, cost less than a bus ride for the 4 of us. Staff had great welcoming personalities and was very helpful, telling us about the taxi's. Rooms were modern and very clean. Free car parking, garage over the car park has everything you need, there's also a pub, Burger King and Starbucks onsite. We had a lovely meal at the Red Lion, a sizzling pub which is just over the Island 5/6 minute walk, there's also an Aldi on the Island. For the money, was very happy! Thank you.”
