So today we wondered into this magical place, ordered a coffee and sandwich from josh who was great and smily. When out of no where careless whisper started playing and as I looked up this angel appeared with wind blowing her hair, face sculpted by Aphrodite herself and a smile brighter than a star. I instantly fell in love but alas, 10 seconds later she went on break and our love had to end ?, C was the angels name and you will be remembered till the end of time.Coffee and sandwich were mid and over priced

What a great Starbucks. We use this particular Cafe everyday for either takeaway or sit in - the staff and so friendly know our names and know our order.We also like the fact we can take our dog in as well as a lot of cafes in town do not allow this.Shout out to Laura and all the staff - keep up the good work.

I do wonder if there's a connection betweenthis branch and the one at the station, there are certain similarities.I called in today for a quick coffee and cake before a medical appt. A young man asked what I wanted and I ordered a blond roast latte, then asked for some cake, and asked for the ingredients as I have a barley allergy, not on the main list but I'm assured that all places supplying food should have access to the full ingredients of all that they sell.The young man in there didn't seem to know so asked a woman who was also there. She said I would have to look it up myself on my phone. I had little idea of how to do about this and had little time, so said that they should have the info. She said she was not able to tell me the ingredients. I said she was. This was repeated a couple of times.I said I'd go without cake and took my coffee to a table to drink it. It was OK, I like the blond roast but it was on the hot side.Dietary restrictions: NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AND NO OFFER TO HELP, U WAS TOLD TO SORT IT MYSELF. IN FACT VERY UNHELPFUL AND OBSTRUCTIVE.

This Starbucks needs to be modernised, toilets grim , food and coffee on the walls .Staff lovely and happy but the stores doesnt accept cash . Atmosphere of a converted 1960’s office .

Called into Starbucks in the square to get a drink as I have done since it opened went to order a drink to be told that they no longer take cash . I have a debit card but under principal I didn’t want to use it , I think you should have the choice after all it is legal tender and if we all used cards we would loose are currency and another part of our British identity.
