Disappointed I ordered the Korean pulled pork burger didn't need for it to be so bulked up with shredded carrot and red cabbage thought the meat content was appalling for 13 50 won't eat there

excellent service, good quality coffee, I recommend it 100%, it is a very modern and bohemian place where you can have a good time, without a doubt, one of the best options to have a drink in Shrewsbury

Arrived at 11.30 was told we had missed breakfast .Then we were told it would be 30mins before the kitchen opened .so we went to the moroccan cafe and we were served instantly with a smile.

A very trendy cafe to be seen in. Superb for people-watching in the market hall. The quality of the food (which used to be top-notch) has become a little slack recently, although it is still a good pick.

Ordered two flat whites which duly arrived. I drank mine straight away as it was just lukewarm. Should have been, very disappointed!

Always a treat eating here, Breakfast - Brunch until 11:30ish or lunch we always enjoy it, often a bit of wait to get a seat as it's a popular place at peak times.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair access & lift at both entrances, the lift at one end of the Market Hall opens into the Bird's Nest restaurant and then on the 2nd floor next to the loos.the other entrance is accessed under the Market Hall via a wide covered pedestrian walk through the 2nd lift opens near the steps on the 1st floor and near the Gin tasting shop on the 2nd floor. It can get VERY busy and crowded at peak times so navigating might be slower & require care. Two floors 1st & 2nd which looks down on to the 1st floor market via a walkway circling the outside perimeter with shops, people will have to move to the side for you to get past, all the shops and restaurants are accessible but vary in size & width. I am able bodied so my observations may Not be as useful as an experienced person. It's a vibrant interesting place to mooch about, eat, drink and more

Cracking place to buy stuff or have a bite to eat, be amazed by the variety of stalls and shops, defo for those who like quality Butchers and sticks in their beer.

Awful waste of money!! Took almost an hour for what was basically 5 sandwiches and a drink. They got 2 items incorrect and communication between staff was virtually none existent. Once the food finally arrived it was poorly seasoned, bland and chips were somehow undercooked and soggy!! Tables that are unhygienic and as for atmosphere!!…i would rather not eat my food in the hairdressers waiting area. The Birds Nest needs to focus on food quality and service. Overall a complete waste of time and money

Very tasty coffee and the food is great too. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The restaurant is very popular on weekends, which is why you sometimes have to wait to get a seat. But it's worth the wait ???

Had Sweet Potato Soup with Miso and a good sized Side Salad. The 2 'rustic chunks' of bread were also generous on portion size and very tasty! I'm now going to add Miso to all my soups!!! Excellent advice given to me - thank you very much. All the staff were friendly and very busy.
