I didn't have food, so I couldn't tell you, went for drinks. First time there on a Friday night, free pool, and karaoke was on and there was a great atmosphere with people trying to sing :) The bar lady was really enjoying herself, which made made for a fun evening, great

Free pool (needs a new cloth but still playable), friendly and competent staff, decent prices for drinks. Overall a decent pub.Parking: Only a few parking spaces outside the pub. There's usually a couple empty, but I think you can street park nearby.

Drinking pub. Staff and locals really friendly. Had a good night playing darts with my wife. There's a joke there. Brilliant music playing.

Was my first ‘local’ in Shrewsbury when I first moved here over 30 years ago, and have fond memories of it - very different now internally with the bar moved etc. but still retains that spirit of friendliness, and the cask beer, New Brew APA, was in good nick so all good for me
