Great pub. The beers are joules so can't go wrong, plenty to choose from.The waitress/bar lady was so friendly and helpful.The mixed grill is out of this world, one of the best I've ever had. Loads on the plate and very tasty. My friend had the hunters chicken which looked amazing.Definitely recommend for a great meal.

Had Sunday lunch , food was served quickly , hot and delicious. It was just before the kitchen closed but still good. Sauces were placed on the table before the meal which is rare these
We had a cracking Sunday lunch at the Bricklayers , decent portion, succulent meat and great roast potatoes and veg! The staff are great, there's a good atmosphere in the pub. It was the first Sunday lunch we've had, and we will go again. Other dishes we've seen come out of the kitchen look great as well, the meat pie looks very nice! Thoroughly recommended.

Absolutely great place. Food was great, service was brilliant so friendly. Spent a good 5 hours here eating, drinking, talking by the log burner on a cold snowy day/evening. Even had the bonus of live music in the evening. Like Arnie - I'll be back!Had the things to eat from the sharing options, really nice and great portions.Vegetarian options: Good selection of veggie options.

Nipped in on our Christmas works outing for a hour or so for a few drinks, extremely warm welcome from staff made us feel very welcome even though around 15 of us walked through the door massive thank from the ottley house tem who came in tonight

We had a wonderful meal at the Bricklayers tonight.All the meals were very tasty, well cooked and big portions. The Belly Buster Mix Grill is epic .... and not for the faint hearted.The staff are always lovely, friendly and nothing is to much trouble.Have been quite a few times for the Sunday Lunch and this is now our favourite place to go for one.Beautiful pub, lovely atmosphere and always very clean and tidy.
