Stopped here on a walk through Shropshire hills. Allowed us to eat our sandwiches on tables outside of the pub and had a lovely latte.

Been coming to this fine, and very popular establishment since 2015 (weekend karate course in nearby Pontesbury twice a year). It changed ownership recently and the new owner hasn't altered anything. Great selection of real ales. Very dog friendly as you expect.

Had a fantastic cooked breakfast. The pub only does breakfast to order so book ahead.Nice pub.Good for drinking. No food in evening other than pork pies, scotch eggs etc.
