Great find in Bath. Had the chicken tikka bhuna and it was fantastic with the right amount of spice. We enjoyed getting away from the world for a bit in your lovely restaurant. We will visit again when next in Bath.

Typical Indian restaurant. Food very average.

The service was good however the food was quite average. I didn't taste much seasoning in the food. The price was decent in correlation to the area however I don't believe it was worth it.

Food was bland. Paneer seemed to be rotten and the worst I have ever eaten in a restuarant. Parantha was so thick that i had to separate it into layers to it. Because of being over thick, while the outer surface was over cooked, the inside part was absolutely uncooked. The owner/manager was really nice and spoke nicely to us the entire time. Once the food was served, servers disappeared. we had to keep on looking for the waiters or servers and call them from the kitchen to ask for anything we needed. One of the waiters today was very rude and disrespectful - we requested him to click a picture of us. He clicked 2 blur photos without us getting ready. I said to him sorry I was not ready and when I saw the photo he clicked was blur too, I requested him if he can click another one. While entirely ignoring me, he asked for the extra tip for clicking the photo from my uncle. My uncle smiled and give him a new pen as a souvnier that he keeps in bunch for gifting purposes. He made a face expressing it's not that he wanted and did a gesture with his hand that he needs money. My uncle jokingly ignored his act. He then put the pen on the table and when I requested him to click the photo again, he outrightly said no and didn't come even once on our table after that. No doubt why the whole restaurant was empty. The decor was nice and cute. I don't usually give such detailed review but I had one of the worst experiences which require awareness for fellow eaters. Also yes the restuarant is expensive for no reason.

For many years i used to go to the RajPoot restaurant in Argyle Street Bath but very sadly they close down quite some time ago I've never find any Indian restaurant to match them until I went with my family to the Bengal Brasserie the food was absolutely brilliant great friendly service and we had a brilliant evening thanks to

We had an absolutely fabulous meal last night. A lovely warm welcome when we arrived, excellent service and THE most delicious food! We started with onion bhajees which were perfect, then Jera Mussala Chicken and Chicken Dhansak with pilau rice, garlic naan, sag bhajee and bombay alu. It was without doubt the tastiest Indian meal we have eaten in years. Thank you Mukhtar.

There are a few good Indian restaurants in Bath and, as a resident, I've been to most of them! But this one is my favourite. Visited the other day with my girlfriend and once again had a lovely meal, great service and just a lovely experience. The flavours are fresh & dynamic, breads & rices excellent, prices reasonable etc. A very cosy setting ideal for "date night"!
I think we came here as a family right after it first opened and it says something for a business that has lasted this long in a city like Bath. This is a firm favourite that we return to time and again when we want an Indian feast. We’re due to go there again tonight and my tummy is rumbling in anticipation! It’s cosy, a little idiosyncratic with dishes being wheeled out to diners on a trolley, and we love the little booths! The food is always consistently flavourful and of great quality. Service is prompt and polite.

Best Indian we've eaten in years. We used to go here a long time ago, 15 yrs plus then moved away from Bath. We returned and the food was AMAZING. We eat an Indian takeaway or meal probably once a month but the flavour of the food we ordered was exceptional. Would definitely recommend. We had chicken chilli garlic massala and chicken naga.

This restaurant was where we went to celebrate a birthday. Even though we did not have reservations they still served us. The food was very tasty, serced hot and quick. The staff was very friendly and accomnodating. They made the birthday special.
