Been here for dessert in Bath. Was served by a young gentleman named Ayush. Exceptional hospitality and dedication towards making sure we served well. Desserts were on point and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. Would visit again.

Terrible service, loads of staff but none had a clue what they were doing. Had toQueue at the front to get a table and then queue again to order food. The donuts were over-microwaved so rock hard in the middle and soggy on the outside, the S’mores tart was okay but the macarons were only passable. Avoid this place.

I went to this desert restaurant with my boyfriend this evening and it was amazing! The atmosphere was gorgeous and the servers were lovely and kind. We got the biscoff cookie dough and some gelato.The cookie dough was decedent and very sweet, and the gelato was really good quality and really refreshing. Will be coming back :)

Honestly very disappointed I have gone to multiple heavenly desserts but the service was awful. We spent over £75, had to order at the counter, which we didn’t know until we stopped a server passing by, which is fine but we wouldn’t have spent 20 mins waiting for someone if we knew.Then the drinks arrived, absolutely awful Iced Coffee, it was still warm, ice cubes melted and it just tasted water down. Which we sent back, would you believe that they just poured down a third of the drink and sent it back AND it was still warm because they didn’t stir it nothing.Anyways the deserts arrived, after a long wait, I could tell most of the staff were more busy doing online orders than the orders on floor (very long wait to get our orders in even tho there was only one or two orders on the screen before us). Deserts were fine, presentation was alright just wish they gave the milk of the milk cake on the side or at least is a bit of a bowl because it’s hard to get some cake and scoop some milk with it.Two of the coffees were forgotten, it was two single espressos which no offense but are literally the easiest and quickest coffee to make. Manager came over and was a bit hostile in my opinion when she came over to our table after we complained we didn’t get the two coffees.Oh and forgot to mention two of the seven cutleries were dirty as in it doesn’t even look like they were cleaned or washed.Honestly I wouldn’t return again, we were really looking forward to have a nice coffee and desserts after a nice evening and we were super disappointed. First time we went to that Heavenly and never again.

We wandered in and were greeted in a warm friendly manner, shown to our table by the friendliest waiter I've ever come across. The restaurant was spotless, welcoming and plush! We ordered the biscoff and white chocolate cheesecake along with the cookie blast shake. Best desserts we've honestly ever had. Also on a side note for the allergy sufferers they are very happy to accommodate and will clean and sterilise all of their equipment to be on the safe side! We were also told they love people with allergies which is so nice to hear because I usually feel like a giant inconvenience. 10/10
