Good doughnuts but disappointed with the service. The Bath store refused to take cash and only accepted card. Cash is legal tender and should be accepted everywhere. They said that they haven’t taken card since Covid. I’m just sick of companies using Covid as an excuse. Let’s keep cash alive!!!!!

I saw the store at 6:04pm and was very disappointed when I realised it was closed. A very kind lady came to the door and asked if I wanted to buy a donut, and let me into the shop. She went above and beyond, and absolutely made my day. Unfortunately I didn't catch her name, but I'm so grateful. Thank you!

Won't accept cash, even if it's exact change, I suppose I'll just go to creams up the road and spend my money there, they were happy to take my money
