A beautiful restaurant with excellent food and evening better service and ambiance. From the greeting at the door by one of the owners to each member of staff who served our table they were all fantastic. Food was excellent, we had pizza, lasagne for mains and tiramisu and cheesecake for dessert. We didn’t like our wine when it arrived and the owner could not have been nicer. He dealt with it with a smile and offered to swop it out with no issues and even made some jokes while doing so. Have not seen as good Customer service in a long time. Restaurant itself is lovely, different rooms which made it cosy. Lovely background music and good buzz to the place. Wish we lived nearer to go again!!

Unreal! The food was delicious, and the staff could not have been better. They gave excellent advice re: the best food and drink to order, and then were really happy to share and promote our jocular mood (even dancing, by the end to Abba). Great conversation and vibe. Best date ever.

Visited Bath for the weekend and a local recommended Martini’s for dinner and we’re so glad they did - fabulous evening. Very busy and buzzy atmosphere, professional Italian waiters, and fantastic food. I had the crab linguine and it was incredibly tasty! Great if you like a bit of chat, banter and character. I will definitely return next time I’m in Bath.

Best Pizza in town! Service and kindness of staff was overwhelming! Felt welcome for the very first second ??

It was highly recommended by a friend who’d gone before. We were a big group of friends out for a meal. The lasagne and tagliatelle Polpette were fine and generous portions. The seabass ravioli was dry and tasteless. The group consensus was a mixed bag.

The restaurant's interior appeared quite antiquated and in need of renovation. The staff members were friendly and efficient. The food, however, was rather average and lacked any standout qualities. The pasta, in particular, was pretty flavourless. We paid over £35 per person just for the main course(not starter and dessert )

This restaurant was a recommended eatery during our 5 days in Bath. The restaurant and staff were very pleasant and the food tasty and well presented.I did however have an issue with my starter which unfortunately had a large piece of plastic in it that apparently had been in the ham that wrapped the cheese. I hate to think what would have happened if I had tried to swallow it.Although the manager apologised there was no reduction in the cost of our meal which was a bit of a disappointment. The dish in question should at least have been refunded.Be very wary of plastic if you eat here.

Had a fantastic Retirement Meal there, on a busy Saturday. They fit our group of 17 in at the last minute, and couldn't have been better hosts. They were attentive, welcoming and the food was delicious. I will certainly be back and cannot praise them highly enough.

The food was excellent although the restaurant was very busy when we visited (booking in advance is definitely recommended). The service was very friendly but quite slow but that was not a big problem for us as we were with some good friends of ours who now live abroad and we were happy to spend the time with them. The atmosphere was relaxed but it was very noisy when we first arrived (partly because there was a large "hen party" near the front door). The manager kindly arranged a table in a slightly quieter part of the restaurant, which made it much easier to converse without needing to raise voices. Overall we were delighted with our experience at the Martini Restaurant and would be happy to visit it again next time we are in Bath

We received a warm welcome when we discovered Martini walking back to our car after a regular visit to Bath, and couldn’t wait to visit! It was our anniversary last night, I booked a favourite restaurant in Clifton but my husband had already thought about somewhere different for our special meal and booked here. We were greeted and sat at a table next to a window which was lovely. The food for a couple near us arrived and it looked delicious; admittedly they had salads and pasta dishes. I always look to eat from the special menu as the cooks prepare for a reason and ordered tiger prawns and sea bass. That was my mistake; the 3 tiger prawns were so over cooked they resembled rubber and the bread beneath was very soggy. I ate 2 prawns and let my husband have the other one to see how awful they were. My husband ordered his mozzarella starter from the main menu and thoroughly enjoyed that. I was going to order the crab linguine but changed my mind and both of us ordered the sea bass. All I tasted was olive oil drenched herb crust, saturated carrots, cabbage and potatoes all swimming in oil - I just picked out the sea bass. When the plate was taken away no one asked why I had left my meal and had to insist to the chef/owner that we weren’t asked when my starter and main were taken away why so much food remained. We went across the road to Clayton’s for coffee and dessert as I hadn’t eaten and to try and enjoy our anniversary, and surprisingly we aren’t the only ones to walk across the road complaining of the same reasons snd finding a true gem of a beautiful restaurant - our desserts were delicious and we’ll definitely return soon. I don’t write bad reviews but the hostile nature and accusation that we were lying about if the service staff had asked between courses if everything was ok, then having to almost argue with the chef/owner as to what we felt we should pay for was unacceptable.

We held our wedding "breakfast" for 15 in our favourite Italian restaurant. They made our day so special, and could not have been more accommodating, seating us in our own area and serving wonderful food. The table looked fabulous. Franco, Nunzio and Salvo really bent over backwards to make our day very special.
