It's just a Morrisons,. like (probably) hundreds of other Morrisons across the country. But it is a kind of upper-mid range supermarket, and that's what I want. It sells what I want and I go there regularly. It has rather too many self-service tills for my liking, but they are well staffed and seem popular so who am I to complain! This means, of course, that there are few manned/womaned checkouts, leading to queues. As for products, they are the usual things. Their fresh produce is fairly fresh.

Awful experience in cafe at lunchtime today. No healthy options on the menu except for a tomato soup, so I asked for this and was told they didn’t have any. When I said really? The assistant said ‘yeah it sucks doesn’t it?’ I decided to go into the supermarket and buy a salad box instead. I was dismayed to see that a third of the options were missing - no tomatoes for example - and there were no dressings. How can this be, in a supermarket where all the ingredients are right there!? And at 1pm?After buying this incredibly mediocre ‘salad’ I returned to the cafe and explained I was going to eat it there - the assistant wasn't interested.I was shocked to see that the majority of tables were stacked with dirty plates and cutlery, and tables were filthy - and it was clear they had been there for ages (leftovers dried out).We eventually found a table that was clear but dirty. I went to get some cutlery and came back with a spoon only! There were no knives at all and the two available forks were filthy. The two staff have no pride in the place, no customer service skills, and the hygiene was horrendous - I’d actually say it was unsafe. I didn’t complain as it was clear no one was interested. Any supervisor worth their salt would ensure it was kept clean even if they couldn’t do anything about the menu choices.I won’t ever eat in there again.

Visited yesterday, still well stocked although their "bargains" often are not. The bakery is especially good as is cafe. Fish pricey. That was then....Good queuing system during covid19; one for baskets, one for trolley hoppers. Well stocked.

Never again, it just goes to prove that different Morrisons in different towns differ. I have eaten in many Morrisons normally for the good value English Breakfast but its only good value if its edible shame I cannot say the same for my experience in the Bath store, all topped off with dirty table, dirty cutlery no condiments and week tea and coffee with staff that just didn't care

Great reduced Christmas Items and 2 hours free parking on the edge of bath outside the congestion charge area.

This is one of the only supermarkets where you still have a fish counter and meat/cheese is reasonably priced.

Went in today for lunch but walked straight out due to filthy conditions. Two members of staff stood doing nothing. If this is the standard of hygiene at the tables I can only imagine the state of the kitchens! When I left I told staff they should at least give the tables a wipe down to stop potential customers from walking out, this was greeted with abuse! Filthy cafe with filthy staff

A small supermarket but everything is there for a good shopping trip. Some parking places need a bit of work so be careful of your bumpers

Staff are generally unhelpful..... disappointed shows a complete lack of management
Morrisons, go for a pop in lunch (at lunchtime to be told no lunch). We came across Bath to get some lunch too! No Explanation, sadly just told it was closed.. Feel free to update what the issue was as a reply

Surly and unfriendly lady at the till. Refusing to scan my Morrisons loyalty card because it was on my cell phone. Nonsensical! The queue was so long and she argued for ages about it. Humiliating and a waste of time for everyone.I’ll do my best to avoid that Morrisons

It's a convenient supermarket as there's not much choice in bath for larger supermarkets like this. That said, it's getting more expensive by the day, and as it's the only one this side of town, I'm stuck shopping there. The cafe is often not open when it says online it is, or they're open but not serving anything but coffee. The security have asked to search me outside before I've even entered the shop so how exactly they thought I'd been shop lifting I have no idea. Rude security guards, but the rest of the staff are generally friendly. Plenty of choice for different items of food and more often than not a well stocked fruit and veg, alcohol, meat and bakery sections.

They have most things, the bakery is excellent however, they just don't bake enough so get there early. The staff are generally unhelpful and rude to customers so it's best not to engage with them.

Cafe is an absolute disaster. Never open, or serving food but no sign to let anyone know this. No staff front of house. Constantly running out of essential items.
