The concept came about as one of the Founder's was gluten intolerant and went on to research alternatives for many years.I tried the hemp dough with the partigiana pizza and worked quite well. As well as the tiramisu with Nutella which was interesting and worked fairly well together.Overall I would recommend trying this place if you are in Bath and like Pizza.”
