The range of options was really good and the decor of the place was bright and modern. However the milkshake was pretty watery and tasteless (we visited in June 2023, it was hot). The shop was to hot and the staff on the till was not welcoming. So overall not a good experience.

The best milkshakes that you can find in bath that I have found. A great variety a little on the pricey side. Can get busy when it’s warm. Also can take time to make your milkshake depending on how many staff are in. You can always try and fit five of your friends in the famous seat and get a freebee

My son comes here all the time with his friends and finally convinced me to come, however when I arrived, there was only two staff for a rather busy Saturday, we had to wait at least ten minutes to be served due to the amount of customers. When we were finally served, the workers were very nice and friendly but didn’t have most ingredients, they said it had been very busy and due to the lack of staff, they couldn’t go and buy more, not good!! The shop was clean but very hot and loud due to music and blenders, rather stressful and I dread to think the stress of those poor workers! The heat was absolutely unbearable, I had to wait outside for my drink. I ordered an Ava and it was very well made, my son got a Colin. We were very happy with our drinks but the company doesn’t seem good at all, my son said it’s always extremely hot and they’re always understaffed but he goes back for the drinks and lovely workers! I’d go back too and bring fans for them!! ??♀️ 1 star due to treatment of workers, my husband got heatstroke once at work and was hospitalised for two days, I’m sure the workers of shakeaway have had similar issues! So much for “fair treatment of workers” nowadays. ?

shakeaway is a good concept but doesn’t live up to it sadly. the stella sounds delicious to me but i couldn’t taste any fruit and it was just very bland milkshake. more flavour/fruit needed desperately

Less variety of ingredients available to put together and quite an increase in price. So couldn't have my favourite of ginger nuts and blackcurrant but the lemon curd shake that I had was lovely. Perhaps less is more? And/or they don't need to stock flavours beloved by boomers.
