Absolutely vile food me and partner ate food last night around 5pm had nothing else that evening to eat or throughout that day partner and me throwing up and have stomach cramps and diahorrea food was rubbery greasier than usual just shut this place down

Chips are chips, but these are not just chips, they are very good chips, and you get a lot of the chips. To go with the chips, the battered sausage is quite excellent. And if you want something more than chips, they do potato scallops which are like big chips, but chips in batter. So if you like chips, your probably going to love the chips here.

Many years ago. This used to be the goto place for affordable fish n chips. The last few years it just keeps getting worse and worse. Sometimes I even wonder if I'm really eating fish as its resemblance is just passing. Let's take today (See pic) now, does one of these look like a large against a regular with more value for the additional £2+ cost?I don't think so. At times I feel there is more fish in capn birsdeye fish fingers than these slithers of fish this last few yrs.Very poor quality food imo with no pride or love of their business. The right is (meant to be the large fish) lol is it hell.

Staff were sullen and disinterested, didn't listen properly to our order, had to repeat it three times in an empty shop. Expensive at £9 something for fish and chips. Fish is very skinny but the batter was very tasty and generous portion of chips.
