We had a table booked for 8pm, but were told they were behind by 10 minutes and to grab a drink at the bar whilst we wait. We waited at the bar for 20 minutes to be served and then went back to the front desk where we waited for another 15 minutes with a crowd of people and the hostess was nowhere to be found. We were finally seated at 8:35pm, service was slow throughout the whole meal, the food was average and the lemonade just tasted like sparkling water. When we went to pay, we didn’t even have the option to remove the service charge, overall not a great experience for a special occasion, which was disappointing as we have been before and really enjoyed it.

Stunning venue. Nice atmosphere. Happy friendly staff. The manager was so lovely and chatty. The food was OK. The hanging kebab looked lovely tasted ok. My cocktail was delicious.I feel the food is OK for value for money

Nice food, friendly staff.

Food was good but it took ages to come to the table, asked for water and never came, waitress was never there to get help. Once down in the bar only one person was serving om a Friday night, asked for lemonade and gin and got tonic. Shocking for the price...

Well under staffed and didn't get serviced after 40 mins waiting (we left with no drinks).. noticed the advertising for being the first dates location but no staff to be back up the demand you'd expect from that.

Great night out, great food, great drinks. Music was probably a bit too loud in that crazy reverberant space, but what a space it is!

Great kebabs and service

Beautiful building! We were served eventually...3 chicken dishes were raw and undercooked. Dirty crockery and generally very unimpressed. Don't bother unless you just want a cocktail after a long wait.

Worst service ever (there was literally none)Really excited to go here having seen it on tv. Arrived and shown to our table having booked a 90 minute slot and a bottle of Prosecco. After waiting for nearly 30 minutes with not a server in sight (literally no one anywhere and the one lady cleaning the table caught our eye but ignored us) we asked the next table how they got served and they said they got nothing for 20 mins then got their food before their drinks. At 30 minutes we got up and left. Not to mention the chipped table with old sticky food Ali g one side. The weirdest restaurant experience we have ever had. Whatever is going on it seems to be broken. Real shame we were looking forward to this and the decor etc is amazing and the food looked nice. We left and went to a nice Thai round the corner on the bridge instead got served straight away as you would expect. Not sure what else to say except don’t bother as no service and dirty tables :(

Saturday night had a live band, it was too loud for a restaurant/bar setting my partner and myself couldnt have a conversation without shouting at each other. I dont undstand what atmosphere they were trying to achieve.Drinks were okay long wait to be served.

The restaurant was very beautiful. BUT... Music was all too loud. Service was friendly but extreamly slow though restaurant was half empty. Food was okay, not very spescial. It was warm, when I got it but not hot enough to not to be cold before I stopped eating. In so nice enviroment you could do better.

The venue was fabulous and whilst the sharing platter was really good, the batter on the fish (fish and chips) was ‘stodgy’.

Decor is really nice, the space has a good feeling to it. The service was good and friendly. Food was pretty good, although somethings on the menu are better than others. Overall good experience
