Only had a couple of beers and a few games of pool. Parking was the tricky thing as no car park and time zones on road before 6pm is 2 hours. Friendly service and the customers seemed friendly as it filled up in the hour I was there. Skittles, pool and darts all played here too. Good local pub I'd say.

We play skittles in the week plus they have darts, pool tables and snooker. Friendly staff, open from 4pm most days.

Think this club is under new management now but popped in here a year ago looking to see if they were playing the football one day over Christmas. They didn’t as Bath is a rugby town but the pub was dead and the barman kindly changed channel for me and I sat up at the bar drinking and chatting to locals long after the football had finished. Great memories of that pub.

What a turnaround! A pub that used to be outright hostile to one that has great management and investment. A friendly and accommodating boozer. Great for a decent pint (well kept ale) live sports and music.Glad to have it in the community.
