I felt really disappointed about the amount of sale items in the shop.The sales assistant are not that helpful and asked about the sale items in January. Only one shelf of the Christmas/festive teas were on display no other items reduced.Sure I will not be going in here again, like most shops in Bath, only to find out next year it probably be shut down. Not surprising really.

Had 2-3 members of staff just stood chatting when I went in for a browse yesterday. There were no other visitors in the store too when u first entered. I had no help and didn’t even get a welcome and just felt ignored. I saw a sticker on one of the teas and went up to the till to ask a staff member and just got a really blunt response. Really like the teas I bought but poor customer service…

Female shop attendant wouldn't stop harassing me as I was just trying to browse. I'm not sure if she assumed I was a thief because I was wearing a mask (I am immunocompromised), but I gave up trying to shop in the store and just ordered online.

The most friendliest nicest people in store . They know what they are talking bout and they make you feel at home in-store. Honestly could of stayed there all day. I have been a customer of whittards for years but the staff in the bath store are top notch. They helped me choose different teas and coffees and all the staff for Xmas presents coming up. I can not say how helpful and nice they are . Would definitely keep going back.
