Had a pleasant experience for lunch here. The food was excellent and came out in good time and very hot. Service was friendly. Would definitely go back.

We used The Chapel for a meeting venue today. The staff were brilliant, keeping the tea flowing and even allowing us to move to a quieter spot later on. We had lunch and the food was beautiful. We were pleasantly surprised at the portion sizes, very reasonably priced. I think it's safe to say that we will be back again!

We really enjoyed our delicious Christmas lunch. We were a group of six and nothing was too much trouble. Good choice of food, superb presentation and very good service. Thank you Tracey.

Had a wonderful lunch at the Chapel. Some of us had a vegetarian Christmas lunch and two of us had a vegetable quiche plowmans. All food was excellent as was the customer service. Venue certainly has the wow factor. A little chilly but we expected this after all it is a chapel, you just dress appropriately!

We booked a table at the chapel for Sunday lunch. We had the roast menu, my partner had the nut and lentil loaf, I had the roast pork loin. Both were served with roast potatoes, carrot and parsnip. In side dishes they served cauliflower cheese, green beans and buttered cabbage. The food was absolutely delicious and a bigger enough serving to suit a big appetite. Service was professional, polite and swift. A gem of a place in a lovely setting. A place I would highly recommend.

Great pizza, quick service, nice setting, fair prices on Tuesday evening (Pizza for £10 as at Sep-23)

It was very hot on the mezzanine floor area. Sorry but the food was overcooked and tasteless. The portions were far too large, meaning food was wasted. Service was friendly and attentive and there was a good friendly atmosphere.

What a lovely and friendly pub. Every village should have one like this! Food and atmosphere, excellent! Live bands are amazing and the quiz is definitely one to attend.

Wow, what a fantastic place. We were here with our family with big kids on holiday from The Netherlands and had dinner on a Saturday evening. It is not the Thai restaurant anymore from the reviews below. The new owners Tracey and Steve gave us the Chapel Warm Welcome treatment. The food was very good (compliments to the chef) and is was difficult to save space for a dessert. Service was very friendly. The restaurant and pub are cozy and the authentic elements of the old chapel, such as the woodwork and stained glass windows, have been beautifully preserved.

My wife needs her food to be gluten and dairy free. It was not a problem, the chef worked around it, so there was great choice. We both had great tasting pizzas and took some home in a doggy box. Everyone was so friendly. Hooked to the place now.Vegetarian options: Lots of optionsKid-friendliness: Lots of optionsWheelchair accessibility: Great ground floor accessDietary restrictions: What we found was that chef worked around the restrictions to produce great food.
