Came for breakfast this morning. The food was ok. Disappointingly I had to send back a cup with lipstick on the rim and the forks as they had food still on them. I’m surprised at how unclean everything was for a food outlet with a reasonably good reputation. The manager came to apologise and offer us a free round of drinks but we had just had a hot drink, a juice and a water so didn’t really fancy a drink that may again come in a dirty cup or glass. When you are ordering from the table you use a QR code and pay before your food arrives. It asks you to leave a tip at that point before you have had any service. Thankfully I had not already left a tip.

Sat right next to Lidl in the middle of town at Clevedon, sits this little gem, Teatro lounge.Straight away as you enter you realise this pub restaurant is a really nice place to be.It's welcoming entrance draws you in, and the space inside just unfolds before you as you walk in.Plenty of room, very nicely decorated with lots to keep the eyes busy and a comfortable feel to the place that just invite you to relax.The bar is at the back and table service is available via table ordering. Upstairs there is more spacious seating and a veranda to sit outside on.The toilets are also upstairs, but there is a disable toilet downstairs that is easily accessible.I disd notice a little bookshelf full of things to keep your kids busy, and a book swap scheme. Nice touch.The food was beautiful and served in minutes. The waitress that served us was very nice and did her duties well.Definitely somewhere I would recommend.Vegetarian options: There was a fair choice for vegetariansKid-friendliness: Kids games included. Kids and families welcomedParking: Lidl car park is right next door and a free car park is just the other side of that.Free street parking is nearbyWheelchair accessibility: Easy access and lots of roomDietary restrictions: The usual reminders are seen and always ask if you're unsure

The Teatro lounge was a relaxing place at 3.00pm as the staff were relaxed, they took our orders promptly after providing us with the gluten free menu. Food and drink came in a timely manner. Would recommend it as a nice after break if you missed your lunch.Dietary restrictions: Has a good gf menu and staff who are aware of food and dietary requirements.

Hello,Today me and my girlfriend went for our lunch at Teatro Lounge Clevedon.For me it can be quite stressful sometimes because my partner is vegan and as you all know a lot of places cross contaminate or give you the wrong dish, today at Teatro the wrong dish was given, but TEATRO CLEVEDON were absolutely amazing at rectifying the mistake and even treated us to free drinks, attitude’s from staff was very pleasant and understanding.Food was delicious and the environment is super clean.Thanks for this amazing day!!Best RegardsJeremy and Sara x

Perfect stop over for lunch on the way to our holiday. Used the app to order and food came quickly and was pretty good. Would recommend if you are looking for an easy stop for lunch.

Amazing bar with a lovely terrace and the best coffe in Rijeka without a doubt. Stunning view and right next to the theatre. Our server Aleksandar was extremely professional, kind and friendly.Highly recommending

Love the old theatre vibe this place has. If your lucky enough to get a window seat during a sunny day you could literally sit there all day.Had a great time here

Really disappointing. We are regular visitors to the other "lounges" in Cardiff but this one definitely fell well short of what we are used to ! We visited as a large group and while others were able to order on the app, we struggled. My daughter who is coeliac ordered her meal at the bar and we did the same as we couldn't get the app to work. It turned out they'd run out of sausages so she had a breakfast with extra tough leather bacon as did my friends son in law who couldn't eat his and gave it to the dog ! He described it as "like my old boot" neither were informed there were no sausages left or would have chosen something different. We happily ordered variations on eggs benedict due to the lack of sausages and waited.. and waited.. and waited... the rest of the group had their food (even with items missing) and had eaten.. we still were without our breakfast and in the end we enquired where our food was to be told "oh it'll be 5 minutes" It was clear our order had been entirely disregarded... We did eat our breakfast which was pleasant enough but we were really disappointed by the poor service. The upper dining area was full of flies.. possibly about 50 of them buzzing about and yes its a warm day but it really didn't give good impression seeing so many insects swarming around. The Clevedon staff need to have some training and visit to the Cardiff lounges because they are massively letting the brand down!
