Had a really nice meal at lunchtime, four generations of our family were there and everyone agreed that it was a lovely meal with great service.Good quality food, good portions, well prepared and reasonably priced.Desserts were superb.Will definately be back.

We recently booked a large party for an evening at The Salt House. We pre-booked our meals and even with a last minute amendment to the choices, we all got exactly what we ordered. The service was exceptional, we all were made to feel welcome, our food was served promptly and was hot, cooked perfectly and very well presented. There was something on the menu for everyone, including vegan options so no one was left out. After dinner, they had a disco which was a great way to finish the evening. I would highly recommend The Salt House, thank you so much for such a lovely evening.

Be very careful with the car park, a group of 14 of us came for lunch, spent a whole lot of money and no 2 who attended have £60 parking tickets for going slightly over time!Food was OK but nothing special to be honest.

My wife and I visit this pub from time to time and always enjoy it. The food is good, the service friendly and the atmosphere is generally good though sometimes to the background music is intrusive (though that is a matter of taste and others may enjoy it).

Sunday roast beef and roast pork meals' both fantastic - steamed fresh vegetables were a lovely accompaniment.Hadn't pre-booked a table, just walked in and asked if a table was available - it was! Great news.

When the staff can be bothered it's OK.Be careful with the car park if you use it. Make sure you keep your ticket for several months as they have a nasty habit of sending the same photo from thier camera over and over again claiming you parked when you've not been there.

Had a lovely lunch at the Salthouse. The pulled pork was absolutely ďelicious. Fast service from ordering to being brought to the table. Friendly staff and great range of ales. Definitely worth a visit if you are in Clevedon.

After a brisk dog walk along the sea front and onto poets walk wife and I stopped at The Salthouse for a small lunch. We were pleased to see that we were allowed into the main bar with the dog, but most customers were taking advantage of the warm sun and sitting outside.The staff were very polite and after we had ordered, our meal arrived quickly.The bar had very few customers, so atmosphere was low. ( not the staff’s fault).But was well worth the 1 hr. drive to get there.Mike Baker.

Went for lunch today and I ordered the "gourmet" burger and my daughter the child's burger meal, one bite was enough for both of us, worst food I've eaten in a very very long time, only saving grace was the fuge cake which was clearly shop brought and friendly servers. £33.50 wasn't cheap either so very disappointed and will only ever go there again when the BBQ is open. Shame.
