We recently had the carvery, I had the nut roast which was tasty and my partner had the turkey which he enjoyed. The Yorkshire pudding was lovely too.Good customer service and pleasant atmosphere.Vegetarian options: There were two veggie options to choose from the Carvery.
Been trying to find something wrong and the only thing I can comment on was the amount of salt but I mentioned that to the lovely staff and they passed on my comment to the chef. This pub is a little gem of a place and I think it will be my new local! Fantastic food, well presented and just lovely! Specials that I haven't seen anywhere else. Clean, welcoming and just great! Sadly (aug 23) this pub has closed.Excellent food and service , nice range of choices on menu, something for everyone without overdoing it. Food was nicely cooked, well seasoned and veggies not overcooked. Everything was cooked with care. Can't fault anything. My dining partner said the same. Will definitely eat there again.Parking: Extensive off road parkingKid-friendliness: Totally geared up for families, play area in the garden.
