Passed by Dulverton on a Sunday afternoon. Very nice spot next to the river. Had food which was lovely, very big portions. No kids menu (on a Sunday anyway, not sure about the other days) but they do small versions of the mains so no issue.Very friendly staff and customers.Would definitely recommend if you're in the area.

My friend and I ate at the Bridge Inn while staying at a local campsite, and we were both really impressed. The young staff were delightful! Even my dog was made to feel welcome with her own little saucer of dog biscuits! We really enjoyed our food - my friend often finds the veggie options disappointing but she said her aubergine dish was absolutely delicious. My fish pie was good and both portions were generous. Sadly, we didn't have room to try a pudding! The manager was also very friendly, checking in on diners, and everyone just seems to enjoy working there! We would certainly book again if staying in the area! Thank you for a lovely evening!

Food okay. No changing table, had to change my baby on the tiny toilet floor.

Stopped for lunch, great veggie options. Friendly helpful staff. Definitely recommend a stop off if you are in the area.Vegetarian options: The spicy tofu satay sandwich was great.Parking: Local paid parking available within 5 minutes walk.

Used to be a great loacal pub with genuine character. Since being taken over by St Austell Brewery and under management has deteriorated into a 'generic country pub' lacking any genuine features. Drink prices are Bath City top end (the landrord's other venture) and food decidely average. Likely to continue to appeal to one-off tourists but overall a great disappointment and poor value for money.

It is not often you find a campsite close to a good pub within walking distance. We were staying Exmoor House Campsite and booked at the Bridge Inn without looking at any reviews as it was so close. I had a lovely steak and my wife had the fish pie. Everything was very well too. We got talking to the friendly manager and to our amazement he came from Hampton in London where we live. Will definitely come back to the campsite and the Bridge Inn.

The food was delicious and the ownerssuper friendly. We went for the roast beef sandwich and the chicken sandwich. The portions were generous and came with a side salad. Would definitely visit again when in the area.Kid-friendliness: While they don't have a kids menu the offered some options to the kids which were delicious and the kids finished everything.

We have both coeliac and nut allergies in the family, they were able to cater with dedicated gluten free fryers and really knowledgeable staff. Food was superb and such a lovely location!Dietary restrictions: Coeliac friendly with DEDICATED FRYERS!!
