Very good. If only the internet service wasn't down those few days. But apart from that everything else was to a good standard. Food was very good also. I would go again. Breakfast also was a good choice.

A gem of a site. Great facilities and staff to match. Lovely setting and is much quieter than the other offerings in WSM.Rooms: Not the Ritz or anything but it is a good consistent quality for the price.

Room wants updating a bit. Heating fan squeaked while it was on. Curtain hooks broke from curtains and smelt a bit damp when we walked in room.

I was very pleasantly surprised at how nice this place was, the services were excellent, the rooms where amazing, and the pub next door did amazing meals with table service, I will be using this facility again in the futut, excellent value for money.

Very friendly staff, couldn't fault them, polite and very attentive. Very stuffy rooms on first floor and the windows don't open so no chance to ventilate them. The claim that fresh air circulates is false. Wouldn't stay again.

Stayed in a few premier inns over the years and while the location and price was great for so last minute and staff so lovely! The room was like a sauna and the Aircon kept going bonkers with hot air and the mattress seemed like it had seen better days! The breakfast was pretty poor different to what we ordered and not cooked very
Friendly staff, nice breakfast, generally ok though ventilation system noisy (window fixed shut). Found entrance and exit onto main road dangerous though as visibility is limited on a busy A road.

Nice and quiet location minutes from Weston Super Mare's beach and pier. Airconditioned rooms with plenty of parking and a nice pub/restaurant.

Room not the usual premier inn plus smelt damp, can't fault service from front desk upon checking in. Not one to rebook here as not kept upto date with other venues.
