Tried to order a delivery which has been done numerous times before. I was told the delivery areas have changed. I was abruptly offered a free drink if I collected. I cancelled the order which meant a wait for a refund. The manager I spoke to was so rude it was literally the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I logged a complaint on line and the response wasn't great. Congratulations you have lost a customer for life with the way this has been handled.

Order was fast and food was nice and hot. However, when I opened my pizza box, to my surprise it was missing an entire slice of the pizza, was not very happy with this as I’m guessing someone ate my pizza.

Ordered online. The online tracker progressed quickly. It advised me my order was delivered even though it hadn't arrived. I rang to ask what happened to my order, the man on the other end 'appeared' to not understand me, Judging from other reviews here I'm not convinced. He finally advised it would be with me in 10 minutes. I only live 10 minutes drive from the shop. It took over half an hour to arrive from the point the tracker said it had been delivered! The pizza was mediocre, not worth the £23 it apparently costs without the discount! I'd rather be given an honest response if they are struggling to get orders out quickly, I can deal with that. I don't like dishonesty so will not be bothering with Papa John's at Midsomer Norton again. Soz.

The food was hot and on time and the delivery man was great.Unfortunately, one of the pizzas and the garlic bread had (salad) pepper pieces on it...when phoning in the staff couldn't have been less interested or concerned as there's a caveat on the app and website.... phew, can rest easy now.

Excellent pizza. However disappointed to see that despite a 5 star hygiene rating, only the female members of staff wear hair nets if they have long hair. 4 men with beards and not a beard net in sight, one of these men had very long hair and simply had it pulled back in a pony tail. This is not what I would expect.

When are people going to wake up and realise that it's just over priced 'Cheese-On-Toast' (with whatever you want added) then given some sort of ridiculous name?

Staff not very attentive, Also as it has seating for more than 10, by law it has to provide toilet facilities, the toilets here have been out of order for over 12 months and that includes the disabled ones. I reckon that they are in order but the staff don't want to clean them. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Head office get a GRIP.

Ordered at 5:30 still no pizza at 6.30 even though app stated delivered call the store to be told give it 10 mins and call us back so after waiting 15 minutes still no food to be told "he will be with you in 15 mins" baring in mind I live 5 minute drive away ? 1 pizza and 1 side takes over an hour and a half apparently
Payed for food they brought wrong order to me and said they be back with right one never returned so had no food
