Hands down the best sub I’ve ever had. Thanks Chris!

Ordered online for collection, picked it up at the given time, hot subs were cold. Went into store the next time as I didn’t want cold subs, they didn’t have chicken or tuna. Just tried to order a cold sub for collection, no white bread, no tuna, no chicken, no spinach. I used to frequent this branch, now I will be using the winterstoke Rd branch.

But looks can be deceiving, and in this case they are. The food standard and general atmosphere are that of most subways, or other large chain locations... average but all together pretty good. I would say that this Subway is no different and is purely just satisfactory if not for one key detail. The staff. Scottish "Will" is by far the cheeriest individual I've met, it looks like he takes genuine delight in helping his customers. He quite clearly has fully "bought in" to representing Subway with his faultless behaviour. Great knowledge of the product, customer service and social skill are through the roof. Whatever Subway is paying this guy, its not enough. So much is his impact on my experience of Subway is that i actually go elsewhere if i see that hes not on shift. If this guy doesn't win an award for employee of the year its a travesty of justice. Genuine hero, William Wallace.

As a vegetarian it’s important that subway has at least the basics since I always have a veggie delight ! However sadly this one had no tomatoes and no flat bread ! How can you run out of tomatoes on a midweek lunch time ? Poor management me thinks

Visited Subway as a dinner option on the evening of the 6th February. We currently have a daughter struggling with a eating disorder and we are trying to allow her to face her demons. We were served by a very understanding staff member (William) He allowed Hunter to take her time, he explained all the different choices and he made us all very comfortable with a tricky situation. Thank you Subway, you have your very own William Wallace. ? Our hero.
