We had Sunday Roast today for 9 people. Everyone enjoyed there meal and commented on the high quality and large quantity of the meal. They also have a range of delicious desserts that we also enjoyed. If you want a Sunday lunch this is the place to go. 5 star food and service but you might need to book as it very popular.

Simply the best and trust me when I say I have done my research all around Somerset! You simply won’t find a better breakfast than here and the exquisite service matches the impeccable food!We visit at least a couple times a month and this morning visited as a group of 15 with friends. Everyone more than pleased with their breakfast and already planning another meet up to enjoy the Sunday carvery! Thanks again Team Quantock see you very soon! Highly recommended!

I drive past the Kitchen at Quantock Lakes several times a year, and have always wanted to pop in to see what it's like. My baby was in need of a stop for some milk so we decided to pop in and feed her there (when I say we, I mean me, my 12yo son and the baby). We arrived in the building and having the pushchair, we needed to use the lift. There was a note on it to ask staff for assistance. There were no staff downstairs so I went upstairs to ask at the bar. I asked the lady if I could have some assistance with the lift please, and she said yeah. She left the bar so I went downstairs thinking she would be down in a moment. I was mistaken. Baby was so miserable without her milk, so I just sat on a chair next to the toilets and fed the baby. The woman I asked for help with the lift even came down the stairs, looked at us and then proceeded to walk into the cordoned off room downstairs. She didn't come back to offer any assistance, so after the baby had had her fill, we left, and we will never be returning.Appalling service. What if someone disabled needed to use the lift? The fact you have to go upstairs to get someone's attention in the first place is far from ideal, and would be impractical for some people.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a lift but you have to get a member of staff's attention to use it, which in our case, was by going upstairs first.

Came to the kitchen for my wife’s birthday meal, we had the plated carvery upstairs, waiting staff were amazing and the venue was very clean and presented well, the food was absolutely amazing and the value for money is well worth it, highly recommend for anyone to give it a go as we’ve been a few times and never disappointed!
