Excellent service and good home cooked meals ideal for parents and they only need to put in the migrowave

I run a retirement living development in Worle - several of our independent residents have the meals from Wiltshire Farm Foods - on a regular basis, the meals are wonderful, tasty and generous in size. There is a great range and the residents really rate both the meals and the staff. Theresa is our usual delivery girl - she is always smiling, happy and courteous. With COVID19 Theresa has had to leave the meals at our reception, so she has missed the usual chatter of the residents, everyone sends their best wishes and thanks. A great job Craig & Team

These meals are totally unacceptable for elderly people. They are salty and lacking in any nutritional value.Vegetables are practically invisible. In one meal I counted 3 tiny sprigs of broccoli.I cannot believe that it is possible for this company to palm off their wares on old people who cannot cook proper meals for themselves.Obviously they make profits from the fact that it is easier for carers to pop a ready meal in the microwave rather than cook for their clients.I was unfortunate enough to sample one of their horrible concoctions while staying with my mother.Go to Tesco, Sainsbury's, anywhere else for ready meals. This food is vile.

Ordered over a £100 of frozen meals as we were in lockdown, sadly I found the meals over priced and small size. Plus most of the meals were bland, felt like you were eating cardboard. In fact I still have some left in freezer after six months as I can' t bring myself to eat the rest. I did tell one of the reps who ring you up after a week to se if the meals are ok and they just said the meals are bland so they cater for ppls taste.
