Ordered a delivery after over an hour the food never arrived. Use rang up asking where it is they said it wasn’t even cooked yet. So when I asked to cancel the order and for a refund the person on the end of the phone was very very rude and just put the phone down on me. Shocking service absolutely disgusting never ordering from this business ever again

Dreadful service. Ordered at 640 on their website. Was told it would be 90 minutes. Waited longer than this and called them. Told us it would be another hour! Had to cancel. Please don't accept orders that you can't fulfill. And when you know you can't fulfill an order, let the customer know. Awful. I wouldn't risk ordering from them again. Very disappointed family of 4.

Take out only at the moment. But the food was good, the salt and pepper tofu was a highlight and the mega chicken box was a hearty meal.Vegetarian options: Their tofu is presented and flavoured well, but seems to be the majority of their vegetarian offering.

Tried to get a takeaway, were greeted with the most unwelcoming place that looked closed. We had to ring them while stood outside! They didn't have any menus (apart from 1 outside) & wouldn't let us come in the past the door way! This was on a busy Sunday eve! We were so put off we didn't buy anything. Which is a real shame, as I've ordered delivery from here before & the food was beautiful.

Multiple orders were incorrect in the past, but the food has always been fantastic. The manager is very rude and in denial when you make contact & was told not to order again.
Got TWO of our dishes wrong last night.Manager was very rude and refused to do anything about it. Was told not to order there again... fine by me lol

Ordered food at 6.45, paid an extortionate price for what arrived at 9.20. Unbelievable shower of S:.’e. Will resort back to trusted Chinese that have always used, avoid these clowns who deliver a bog standard meal.
