When we arrived at costa, the place was fairly busy, chatty and had a nice atmosphere, unfortunately though there were still pots on the tables where people were not sitting, the line gradually got longer and waiting times were also getting longer, I feel like they are understaffed behind the counter and that there should be a person that goes around cleaning the tables and making the place look respectable. It got very quiet around 4pm and that's when they started tidying.Wheelchair accessibility: 100% wheelchair friendly

This morning went to Costa to get a drink asked what was the Christmas coffees were and the person on drive thru rudely said latte or chocolate as we drove around to the window she was so snotty towards myself and my partner and basically threw out food and drinks at us customer service was absolutely shocking. And her attitude was disgusting.

Very impressed it shows what a difference can be made when managed and run with customer focus. Food was surprisingly good as was the lattes. Also a good multi aged atmosphere. Would definitely call again when passing through.

Really sad! Awful hot chocolates! Could see from the car they unfortunately weren’t using the correct amount of “white chocolate liquid”. One tasted really sweet other, was just hot milk. Really disappointed. Staff saw us watching and just sort of giggled it off. Looks like we will be going to star bucks next time! A waist of £14
Usually Costa is amazing when we stop at a services but this experience today was just awful, my panini was overcooked and had been stuffed in the takeaway box with no care and fell apart on opening, the hot chocolate was terrible, one of the worst I have had, tasted like the milk was off and my partners cappuccino had a funny taste too. Very disappointed, would have complained on site but was in a rush.

Too long to serve. Coffee lukewarm even though I asked for extra hot. No toilet paper in the toilet! More attention needed...

This is my local Costa and I love it! Yes, they are short staffed and this sometimes means the place is a little messy, BUT the staff are always super friendly and polite and the coffee is the best. Just today we've been served by Ella, who was above and beyond helpful. Well done guys.

Not my first visit here.Today, I walked in just as it was about to close, Katie at the door let me in, fixed me the best ever coffee. It is absolutely amazing how she had a smile on her face even after what must have been a long day.Thank you..
