Driver called to say he was lost, spent 15 mins on the phone trying to direct him to us. Pizza arrived cold, obviously. Called to complain and was told I could get a new pizza delivered, by this time it was already 9.10pm, I didn't want to have to wait at least another 30 mins for another one. Asked if I could get a partial refund, to be told they would have to come and collect the pizzas from us this to happen and that it wouldn't be a refund it would be credit on the account. I don't even live here, I'm visiting so no good to me!!! What shockingly bad customer service!! And what on earth would they do with the old pizza anyway. Pointless

Most of the time they nail it, but the times they don't.... hmmm. Domino's is always a decent treat (pizza wise) - would be better if I didn't have to sell myself on OnlyFans to be able to get a single pizza but that's their business model I guess. Overcharge the customers that still use their services to avoid the majority that can't afford it. The additional menu items, they suck hard. Wedges are positively ghastly and the new chips they've introduced are the worst chips in the UK (this is fact). Both wedges and chips are always undercooked and have zero flavour. What we have to do is get chips elsewhere and then get a pizza - so one way or another, something is always cold. In summary, the additional menu items are a bigger flop than a new Katy Perry single.

Actually drowned the pizza in pizza sauce, it’s like the top came off the dispenser and they couldn’t be bothered to do a new one!

Good food. Quick processing and often have deals on so not too pricy. Only complaint was bit dodgy on how they cut the slices up but hey still tasty

I do not recommend, this is the second chance I gave this place against my own gut… the delivery driver turned up very late as he went past my house, and was pulled over in a lay-by for 25 minutes, the pizza has turned up cold and only half covered in toppings! I can’t drive so I’m not going to walk 45 minutes to return a cold and half covered pizza because customer services won’t deal with it as it’s supposedly an in store issue.

Ordered 2 pizza's. The new Mexican came without Red and Green peppers and no green jalapenos. Wanted the spice and taste of a Mexican but didn't get it.
Never had a problem going in the store or having delivered. Can't go wrong with a dominos! Only problem is the price these days.

They had no drivers to deliver the food, so an hour later it arrived cold. Made a complaint and the response was the food should have been returned following day. What an aweful service. Not even an offer of some money off next order, have been regular customer until thisevent, their loss, went elsewhere since and better service
