Ordered some lunch via. Just Eat and something was missing on the order.Called Greggs and Anthony handled the situation brilliantly. Made sure I got my food (and an extra slice of pizza) and a refund for the additional costs of re-ordering. Much appreciated.Food was hot and very tasty.Thanks guys!

I love greggs but the staff need to bother putting in some effort, always better to go to greggs in person and avoid getting greggs delivered, last delivery consisted of 3 hot drinks not being sealed properly and all over the poor delivery drivers bag, they'd somehow managed to put the sticker seals on the cups without closing the lids down. Good job greggs
Get coffee here, not as cheap as it used to be mind, staff generally pleasant and wish you a good day which is always nice.

North street Taunton branch has very friendly, helpful and polite staff, quick service, love their food and hot chocolate, and my favourite is the hot cookies always had great service in store (which looks clean and inviting) and delivery
