Visited this morning, not the friendliness approach to customers, thought I'd treat someone, item not in stock, just had a delivery, however stated they had no idea if any were coming in... Having worked in retail a better reply could have been, I'll check to see if some are coming in on the computer and you could pop back.. or I'll call you if they are in when I've unpacked the delivery.. so I'll just order on internet in future.

OMG a shop full of chocolate, so many options to choose from to cater for everyone and all the ones I've tried so far have tasted amazing! Will definitely be back again when I've lost the weight gained by eating it all!!

Really nice staff, really helpful and knowledge when it comes to the products that they are selling, always suggest good chocolate options based on what you're looking for and the shop is always very clean and tidy. Really pleased with the chocolates too. Top quality! ??

Good shop for a treat or a gift for someone else. Very good selection of yummies. Also a choice of vegan chocolate from bars to calendars and gift boxes. Recommended if your shopping for christmas or a special occasion.

Love the chocolate in here, but not so keen on the prices as it is pretty expensive.That being said, they had quite a few items reduced (close to their best before dates), so it's always worth a look to see if you can pick up something yummy at a good price.

The staff who work in this store need an award. They are always helpful, friendly and attentive. Fabulous customer service and we always look forward to visiting, not just for the chocolate but for the warm welcome as well. Keep it up, you guys are doing great ?
Absolutely brilliant experience. The staff member was really warm and helpful, they also had a very good product knowledge that really helped us choose what to buy. The quality is amazing, as it is hotel chocolat at the end of the day, and even though it may cost a little more than other chocolate, I believe it's well worth paying the premium. Would recommend this store to anyone :)

Love having this shop in Taunton, very helpful service and gorgeous chocolates. Would just sometimes like to be able to pick and mix individual chocolates, but that's rare and the 3 for £10 selection packs go a good way in that direction
