After doing a no carb diet for months I caved in after a skin full of beer during the rugby World Cup final and got myself and my girlfriend a kfc. I stuffed it under my coat and walked 20 minutes back home, sheltering the bucket under my coat from the cold sleety elements outside like a wild bear protecting its cub from danger. I stumbled home to surprise my girlfriend with the 8 piece dipping boneless feast with 2 large gravy’s (as that’s the whole reason we go to kfc), only to find that the gravy had been totally left off the order. The whole meal, weekend and entire rugby World Cup had been ruined for me. By the time I had got home it had just passed 23:00pm so the store had closed so I couldn’t pursue the matter. I tried to whip up some bisto instant gravy but to be honest this made the whole situation worse. I found the receipt the following morning and with thanks to modern technology I am able to identify that “Millie” was the one that served me that night, as it was printed on the ticket. Mills my friend you’ve gotta up your game. But never mind, we’re only human and all make mistakes. I hope you have a wonderful new year and next time, make sure you’ve packed all the sides! This was a brilliant restaurant for lunch, with plenty of kiosks readily available for self service! The restaurant is properly decorated with images related to KFC, staff were friendly and service was fast. I enjoyed a Garlic Mayo Wrap super fresh, accompanied by the new chips that are next level!

Good spot if you want somewhere to eat on the go. Food is alright. This time round it was incredibly greasy and dripping I'm fat. At least it was hot. Service was slow with the usual 10-15 people either waiting or trying to order. Atmosphere was what you'd expect, loud, chaotic and difficult to find seating. Some cleanliness wouldn't go a miss. The place is disgusting stairs and forget using the toilets unless you have a strong stomach. Fascinating looking marks on the cubical walls, puddles of piss on the floor and shoe marks on the toilet bowls where a few colourful people must have preferred the squatting technique whilst enjoying their 5 minutes being close to nature. Not expecting toilet paper folded with a pointy end but I've seen cleaner toilets in Asia.

This is my local KFC and I regular go to as I enjoy the food. The service is a lot slower than any other kfc that I’ve ever been to. The staff always look miserable the upstairs dining is rarely ever fully open even at lunch times which is weird as it’s usually busy. The food is good but waiting 15 mins for food is a long time and I’d rather not

So slow went in there at lunchtime today and the two staff behind the counter did t have a clue a very large ng wait wouldn't of minded the wait if the food was hot but it was cold and soggyThe staff seemed more interested in just eat and uber delivery drivers

7 people in front, just 1 talking to customer, 6 between themselves. Has to wait ages for our meal. All young and lazy af. Whole floor locked and employee was not happy because we wanted a table to sit down. If u want to talk so much do it so customers will not see that.Ohhh, men toilet is disaster. I prohibited my son to touch anything. Hard to breath and v. dirty. As a employer I would sucked all of them and hire proper people.(Edit: almost forgot, never take ricebox with extra fillet. One big mess just to hide it was single fillet with same amount of rice as u get in side order. 9£ for almost nothing in the box. Whole branch is a joke + Corn is so overcooked that it is almost liquid)

We visited this KFC on a Sunday afternoon and it was quite busy.We ordered our meals with the Screen order system and waited for our order. It took about 10 mins to be served which wasn't too bad.The seating was ample, but ever so slightly packed too tightly. It would be difficult for a wheelchair user to find a comfortable area to sit.There was seating upstairs too and there was plenty of room up there.The bins were overflowing, but that's not surprising, it was packed.The food was actually really nice. A boneless box for me, and a chicken rice box for my partner. Both of us agreed that it was well cooked and presented for a change. We joked beforehand about the pictures never looking like the served product. This time, it actually did. Shocker.The atmosphere in there was gloomy. Not sure why. The staff weren't particularly engaged which didn't help I guess.All in all, an average experience,.Vegetarian options: There are meals for vegetarian and vegan diets.Kid-friendliness: It's a given, it's a KFCParking: Nothing outside or close by. It's a 5 Mon walk at least to the nearest car park.Wheelchair accessibility: Not the best by far, but possibleDietary restrictions: Ask and you shall receive information.
