We stayed on Saturday night with my family, the hotel was clean, tidy and the staff were lovely, I tried to contact the hotel prior to arriving but the wasn’t answered and my emails were not responded too. The Beefeater next door was a disappointment, we had a large booking for the Saturday night, our waitress was lovely and nothing was too much trouble for her. Another waitress did clear our plates away wearing her coat! But the bar man called time at 9.15pm on a Saturday night, he honoured a “ late last round” at 9.40 but you could see he clearly wasn’t happy and by 10pm we were asked to leave. We went back for breakfast the next day and the tables were crammed together, their system created a bottle neck around the breakfast area, they ran out of food and mugs, the tables were wet with something! The chef was moaning that everyone had turned up at the same time. The staff looked like they didn’t want to be there and were friendly at all. Despite this it didn’t ruin our gathering but we wouldn’t use that beefeater again.

What lets this hotel down is the beefeater where something that resembles a breakfast is produced. The staff behind the server look like they need a good wash. Scruffy and very rude.Bringing food to the hot plate then throwing it on the server and banging around. It you don’t want to take pride in your job then leave simples. The bar in the evening, well what can I say, the sign states the bar will close at 10. It doesn’t. It closes when staff want it to. Rude bar staff, and one in particular tried to get confrontational. Silly girl. Names taken will report you all. Go away and learn some customer service skills ?

Very clean, a little tired, though. Plenty of tea and coffee available. Sarah was very helpful at finding us a heater as the element had gone in our room heater. Stayed rwo nights. Quite quiet, plenty of car parking. Unfortunately, the WiFi was not working.Food was available at the Beefeater next door, which was not a good experience.

The staff is great! Quiet place, very comfortable room. The quality of the wi-fi is not so good. The parking lot is huge.Rooms: Very clean and confortable. I will come back someday.

Room was fine except we had Room 1 and there was an alarm that kept going intermittently in the electric room which could be heard through the wall. Room otherwise was fine, breakfast in the next door beefeater was fine.

Standard Premier Inn experience though you can tell it was build in an excising building as it has a few dated parts to it but over all as you'd expect from a Premier
Room smelt very strongly of cigarette smoke, we had wondered why the windows in the room had been left open in December. Previous occupants must have been smoking in the main room and also the bathroom, which stank - so much for the "detectors" they tell you pick up smoking in the room. Woken up at 3am by a drunken man hammering on the door, convinced we were in his room. Glad to check out early.

I’ll let this photo be the reflection of our stay here. Never again, filthy disgusting rubbish room.
