Great place to visit with quality food and beverages in the cafe. Play are for children and so much about how they make such incredible cider. The staff or all friendly and helpful well worth a visit and a great place to take a break from motorway driving.

Fantastic place, first visit as staying in the area. Really great cider and the shop is stocked with amazing food. Spent a fortune - haha!Special mention for the ladies in the deli area, really friendly and chatty, a credit to Sheppy’s.

Hands down the best cider farm I have ever visited! The shop is glorious and incredibly welcoming. The staff are all so friendly and very knowledgeable about the cider available. They even do free tasters and even offer you if flat or fizzy. (Flat cider for me is the best)It's reasonably priced too which makes it even better!If you're in the area or even driving past you have to pop in here even if you're not a cider fan! The cafe and restaurant food looks absolutely beautiful.

We had a table for 9 today and had to preorder our food the day before. On arriving we ordered coffee and had to ask where it was after 20 minutes of waiting. A waitress came and confirmed our food order but we still had to wait for over 20 minutes for it to arrive . We like visiting Sheppys but have found the waiting time for food and drinks needs to be improved.
