⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I can't praise this Subway location enough! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, making sure my sandwich was prepared exactly to my liking. The fresh ingredients and variety of options ensured there was something for everyone. The cleanliness of the restaurant was impressive, and the ambiance made for a pleasant dining experience. Never again...refused us to use our points and then made us pay full price !!! 2 half box of salads and 2 6 inch subs £20. Spoke to them they said no contact information for head office and then was told could only spend 1000 points a time, having spoken with head office can use as many whenever I want.Kid-friendliness: Awful

They are scammers! They charged me for no reason 3 cookies which I didn’t order and didn’t get and I confronted them about it and got a refund. I don’t care for the £1.50 but what is annoying is how they did it. They sneakily and super fast added on a charge and I luckily saw a glimpse of it. Luckily I ordered the exact same thing the day before so I realised there was a price difference. Be careful

I asked for cheese on bacon footlong sub. Bacon barely covered the sub. When I asked for the meat to cover the ends I got told I would be charged extra. Extremely stingy on the cheese and not very much salad. Sub not wrapped very well all fell to prices before I sat at

Ordered my boyfriend’s subway for no toasted and it came toasted! We rang them up asking for a refund or to send a new one and they were so rude and also said they’ll give a discount on a drink the next time we order! Barely speak English. If you’re going to work in this country, learn English!

Unfortunately I asked for a refill option and pay £1.65. Nobody at the till mentions to you the refill option doesn't exist anymore in this store. When going to refill, a member of staff pointed a minuscule sticker on top of the fountain dispenser "This store doesn't do free refill". In this case, let the customers know at the till, or use a bigger notice board or even better, remove the dispenser all together as there aren't real drinks in there anyway, just water with chemical concentrated flavour. Very messy store as well, no clean tables and no staff willing to do the cleaning without asked by customers.

When told the server what I wanted he never done properly and when said he dine wrong the answer we got back was sorry already done it. Then challenged him he took the cheese off my chicken and placed back on the cheese a total allergen wrong doing
