Food took 1h 40mins to arrive.Chicken was cold.Chips were cold.Chicken was tasteless.We called to request the order be re done and got told “don’t order from here again”.We asked to speak to a manager and got told “they are busy”.Manager eventually came to the phone, said nothing and hung up.Shocking service. Very rude.

Ordered tonight, chicken kebab meat was cold, chips weren't even hot enough to melt the cheese, pizza was burnt, I knew the price before arrival as I asked, driver quoted me the correct price then left me short changed by £5, I called the shop and explained the guy was massively rude, hung up on me and now won't answer the phone, will never use again

Ordered online and after taking payment they cancelled the order and said it would be a week to refund. We phoned and questioned this and they were very rude. Will not be using again .

Kebab served with hardly any salad, a very small amount of lettuce, 1 slice of cucumber and despite me saying no onions, it was served with them!It was the poorest kebab I have ever seen.Delivery driver claimed he didn’t have any change either. I won’t order from here again.

Big Mistake. Food was pretty poor and expensive. They ripped me off at the last minute by asking that the chili sauce was in a seperate pot. Went to pay to find that if you have the sauce directly on the Kebab it's free . If you want it in the 2p pot it's an extra 80 each pot. I had 3. I wouldn't mind but the chilli sauce was awful. No kick, just watered down ketchup. Basically poor food and con artists

Absolutely disgusting Service. I rang up to complain and the manager told me not to order from here again! my food was gone off dry and it wasn’t even the order that I asked for. This takeaway needs shutting down ASAP it is disgusting and they have disgusting staff that have attitudes. Horrible food and horrible place. And they refuse to refund even when I said the food was gone off! This order cost me £20 aswell and all I got was a dry tasteless kebab and small brown smelly gone off tub of salad. IF I COULD LEAVE THIS WITH NO STARS I WOULD!!!!!!
Absolutely without doubt the worst kebab I have ever seen in my entire life.cold rubbery meat, tasteless, chips so hard you can barely chew them, and this whole ordeal cost £9 absolutely robbed. Shut this place down it is Vile

We have had a take away from here tonight we were sent chips so burnt that they were completely inedible then to make it better they threw the cheese on top still and then I assume play piggy in the middle with the box for a while because the state of them was something else …. So we call as you would however took 9 times to get through to be told no they are not burnt just very well done as he cooks them fresh and well done for every customer and this is just the way they like it no sorry no can we get you fresh ones just having a go at us because “ I cook them now and they are fresh” so unfortunately I will not recommend this place nor will I be returning to them any futher !!

Unfortunately my wife made a mistake ordering from here rather than our normal place.When it turned up the chips were cold and on tasting they tasted like they had been fried in very old oil with a rather "Off" tastethe kebab meat was cold.The whole thing was excessively for want of a better word "Wet"A argument then ensued as to why the heck did you order from there ! it was bad enough 10 years ago ! Hence to say nothing has improved :-( maybe in another 10 if we survive .
