Stayed here through work for 4 nights. The hotel itself is dated and in need of some upgrades. However, the staff make up for the hotel and are brilliant. Very friendly service every day and evening I was here. The restaurant is part of the Hungry Horse chain and was fine and well priced although there is a lack of healthier options on the menu. Good location for the hotel. Its away from the M5 and is quiet enough that sleeping isn't an issue, but close enough that everything is accessible quickly. In short, really excellent staff but the hotel needs an update.

Wonderfully cheap and cheerful! It's a not a gourmet dining experience, but it's not priced like one. The food is well cooked, and it can be cheaper than going to the chippy, with all the offers available. It's no wonder we go regularly, rather than cooking. As we're local, we haven't used the

Great location near M5 and airport, but quite in the countryside away from the hussle.Rooms are very clean and the staff, notably Nigel, Shara and Aaron will take care of your every need.

Only came for the play area which is a little outdated, we were warned to cross the rope bridge with caution due to it being loose? Ordered some food which is normally okay but what we received was nothing to be desired. Veggie lasagna came out like a burnt brick topped with hair ? Waited over 15 mins for them to send out what looked like the same thing, didn’t seem very apologetic about it either. Wouldn’t hurry back.
