Friendly welcome and server was lovely. Ordered 3 starters only 2 brought out but quickly sorted. 2 of our party ordered pollo milanese and were told chips would be extra charge despite menu saying choice of rosemary potatoes or chips although no extra charge was added. The pollo milanese was really dry as was the side salad it came with so asked for some mayonnaise which we did have to pay extra for. Having looked at the menu again today realised the chicken should have had garlic butter on it and the salad should have had dressing on it of which both dishes had neither of. No rosemary on the rosemary potatoes either. On a previous lunch time visit the service was really slow (over an hour to get 2 pizzas) as all the staff including chefs disappeared to put the food delivery away. When we queried this were told putting the delivery was more important.We did say something about the 2 meals being dry but just told if we wanted mayonnaise it would be extra!Not great. Should also add that the 3 tables around us all had problems too.

Great food! I have been to Ask a few times, but in different locations. The food here was the best so far! I had a lovely pasta dish! Very flavourful and a good quantity of seafood! Thank you to our waitress, Very friendly and helpful.Lovely, quiet place to relax on a rainy day.

The food was great when it tuned up, vegan options and gluten free pizza was very good but the service was extremely poor, missing starter and dessert, no service for the table and waited forever for food and desserts which was all pre ordered, not even that busy either.

Ordered on deliveroo and delivery time kept being pushed back until we were waiting 40 minutes extra from the original delivery time. When we tried calling the restaurant to ask if our food was definitely coming someone answered the phone and hung it up without saying anything. Following this we called 10 times and no one answered. Extremely poor customer service and its safe to say we won't be returning.
