A “team” of teenagers that seem to be most of the time in the at the back in the kitchen having fun instead of keeping customers happy and or clean the dining room. Customers waiting to order at the counter for ages and no one to be seen. No Cutlery or tissues available. Dirty tables dirty floor, bins full despite the place being pretty much empty (15 people max). Some of the ingredients like rice and the famous gravy unavailable. What a disgrace.

This is literally the worst kfc I’ve ever been to. Service is a disgrace 35 mins for 2 meals.filthy dirty and staff are all very rude no obvious manager on show. Next time I’m driving to the Weymouth branch instead.

DO NOT GO HERE OR ORDER FROM ONLINE!!! How is this restaurant still open??? We just received our order via Deliveroo which we waited 30-40 minutes for, we paid £30 in total, The food was stone cold, when we opened the bag the bucket of chicken was open and the bag of chips was open (one bag of chips was missing), the food also looked like it was scrapped from the bottom of the barrel and looked old and not fresh at all, they also forgot our bottle of drink, extremely angry and disappointed, and this is not the first time this has happened. We Will not be ordering food online ever again.

Waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes before my order was taken. Then another 15 minutes to get to desk, pay and collect my order. Got home, food was terrible. Chicken fillet burger was burnt and dry, bun was burnt. Chicken leg was inedible(even cats wouldn’t eat it), chips were cold, beans were cold and on,y a few beans in it. Pot full of sauce. Staff were apologetic though ..

A young lad by the name of Chris is really good at communicating and has nice recoil if you know what I mean. His smile is dreamy and if it wasn’t for him I would’ve never had a gravy bucket in my life. Oh and some other employees like a 5ft 6 man who was unnecessarily paranoid claiming to have opps,a Russian with glasses and a big bulge in his pants and a big muscular man with extremely long and curly hair with round glasses also have the best customer service I’ve ever had. It was so good I can barley walk now and my lower half of my body is numb.

We used indoors for a large order. Went to the car and the sides were missing and some chicken. Went through drive through and had to wait for an age. By the time we'd taken our order to our family it was cold greasy and dreadful. Bucket of chicken was pale and soggy and the chicken fell through the bucket when we were carrying for all the grease ....worst KFC I've ever had. Ruined our family lunch get together as we were all looking forward to our special treat!! Spent £50 for awful food. Sorry it's so negative.

After receiving 2 pieces of chicken that was obviously not freshly cooked I stupidly went ahead and ate them. I presume they had been re fryed/re heated. A few hours later I ended up really ill with vomiting horrendous stomach pains and diahorrea all night long.Will not buy ever again and have reported to food agency

KFC yeovil keeps forgetting items!We ordered KFC twice this week in the drive-they and they’ve forgotten something both times. We called them to ask for a refund, the first time we called them no one answered. Called again today and the staff member was very rude as they blamed us for not calling them and for not checking the bag when that is what they are paid to do ??

Couldn’t fault the food or the quickness and politeness of the service. However in our eagerness to get some food we didn’t look around the restaurant until we went to find a table. Now to put things in to content, the time was 14:40 there was only one other person sitting eating in the restaurant, so not too busy. When we tried to find somewhere to sit and eat you would think we would have had no problem, however, there was not one table that didn’t have food or drink debris on it, not one table was clean, and we had to clean and wipe down a table ourselves. It was then that we noted the floor under every table had food debris, or food packaging thrown on it. Had we noticed this before we had focused on the automated food ordering screen, we certainly would not have chosen to eat there.

I wish I had read the reviews before eating here, on arrival the awful smell of old oil was very strong, if it hadn't been for the fact we hadn't eaten all day, I would have gone else where, dirty tables and rubbish all over the floor, staff just stood around chatting. The food was just about edible, but hardly any fries for a egular portion, more like a small child's portion. I had to go back to the counter because things were missing. Went to use the toilets couldn't bring myself to use it, again rubbish all over the floor, water everywhere, and the overwhelming smell of extrament, I couldn't wait to leave. Cleaners mopping around around our table is not acceptable when eating. Not to mention a breach of health and safety. I can see why KFC Yeovil have got a low rating, considering a member of staff was cleaning, why is the place still disgusting. KFC Yeovil sort your s**t out, environmental health need to pay them a visit because it's just not acceptable. Avoid. Do not recommend!

Worst KFC ive ever had. The staff were good and the food came quickly. It was a take out. Chicken tasted differentboth popcorn and mini fillet. Tasted like chemicals. The male toilets absolutely stunk of urine as one of the urinals was flooded and must have been left for days. The worst KFC in Britain I believe is supposed to be Glastonbury but believe me this one is worst.
