Food was wrong order something plain as can't stand the texture of saugs but got sauce

This restaurant can’t cope with demand. I’ve had missing orders,missing items, drive thru is ALWAYS park up, waited 30mins for ‘fast food’ etc. it’s the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too in that they seem categorically unable to deliver the food you order.

COME HERE IF YOU WANT THE BEST!!! The attention to detail and customer service was above and beyond what you'd expect from even the finest of dining, the use of correct uniform and warm smiles just made my morning so much better. AVOID AVOID AVOID! ABSOLUTELY SHAMBOLIC. GOT OUR ORDER COMPLETELY WRONG IN THE DRIVE THRU WHICH TOOK 10 MINS AND TOLD US TO GO BACK AROUND. OFFERED NOTHING. OUR FOOD WENT COLD, COMPLETELY WRONG ORDER ONCE MORE. TOOK 45 MINS FOR US TO GET ANYYYYY FOOD!!!!!!!!

I went through the drive thru with my partner and got asked to go park up and they’d bring the food out to us, we waited for half an hour and nothing, my partner got fed up and walked in only to be told someone apparently tried to find us twice but couldn’t find us, despite the fact it’s not a massive car park and we hadn’t moved the whole time we were there. There was no apology, the staff were completely unbothered and the manager didn’t even bother to come over just sent someone else, we then had to wait another 20 minutes for our food, waiting a total time of around 50 minutes after we paid. You should never have high expectations going here as orders are wrong more often than not but today’s experience was especially awful.
