Usually OK but this time I placed and online order it said 45 mins for delivery ,waited 3 hours and could not contact store to cancelorder as no answer,please do not accept order if you cannot fulfill them.

Really awful experience, not only was it 30 mins late.. it turned up cold. Chips were cold and stale on arrival, lasagne was awfully cheesy. Salt added to everything with no option to not have it.Garlic bread was hurrendous. Obviously frozen.Bags filled with oil.Onion rings cold,Penne pasta almost watery.Also whilst we were waiting past our delivery time we tried ringing 7 times with no answer. We have young kids waiting for their dinner.

Ordered once and thought it was good but too much salt. Next time I ordered I stated that no salt and vinegar be added but when it turned up?? Salt had been added. I'm very sensitive to salt so couldn't eat it as seemed to be even saltier than the 1st time.

Ordered fish and chips fish was soft nearly uncooked and plenty of oil in, on wrap was chicken meat fried hard like a stone and only few pieces of meat, on kids meal 3 nuggets few chips my boy still hungry portions like for kids and kebab more salad and vegs than meat pita was like chewing gum an maybe 6 pieces of meat really small never order again sorry

Was looking forward to this however I ordered the burger and I have to say I couldn't eat it . It was one of the worst burgers I have ever ordered . That being said in the future I probably will try some of there chicken reading through the reviews it looks like that is good

After having an exceptional meal some time ago at a friends I decided to order dinner for tonight. Very disappointed !! after driving some distance (as no one delivers out to us) to collect my order, confirmed what I had ordered upon collection only to discover that 1 of the 2 meals were missing .. on checking my change I wasn’t charged (thankfully) Just left Hungry .. couldn’t be bothered to ring and tell them as it would have meant another 20 mile round trip .. humph !

Absolutely shocked and disgusted with the service and attitude of this place. Ordered from here several times & never had a problem. There was a HAIR in our duck so we stopped eating. I called up and simple asked for a refund. I even said they could collect the uneaten food and hair as proof that we didn’t eat it. The mmanager/owner was rude, put the phone down on me when trying to resolve it & refused to give me a full refund. Even suggesting a discount on future food AS IF
