I placed an order with a delivery time window of 13:40 to 14:00. However, by 14:15, I had not received my order, and my attempts to contact the store were unsuccessful. At 14:47, I received a text message informing me that the order was still on its way and would now arrive around 15:10. At 15:15, I had not yet received the order, so I requested a cancellation and refund.The store declined my refund request, citing traffic delays as the reason. I checked Google Maps, which showed no traffic delays, and even had a colleague visit the store at 15:45 to confirm the absence of traffic issues.

Have been dining at this subway frequently. My recent experience was really bad. Very bad customer service, food service, very unprofessional now. Over burnt and very low quantity food.

If you eat in at this Subway, there seems to be an unwritten rule (that no-one told me about) that you're expected to socialise with the other customers. When I sat down to eat my sub, within a few seconds, I had another customer (who wasn't even eating anything, and was probably just sitting there as a place to keep warm) mutter to the server about how rude I was, just for sitting there quietly eating my meal. Apparently I was expected to say hello to everyone like it's some community centre. As an autistic person, the last thing I want to be doing is chatting to a bunch of total strangers. I just want to eat my food in peace. This is no reflection on the service or the food I received, which I had no problem with, hence I've gone for a middle-of-the-road 3-star rating. But the atmosphere in this Subway, however friendly most people were, made me feel pretty uncomfortable. So I'm afraid I won't be back - certainly not with 2 other Subways in Yeovil.

I feel the guy who was in the till , doesn’t like us serving food. He was giving me kind of look and was not helping me at all to choose my food. I normally enjoy my subway. This time i saw half of my meat gone on the table while he was packing my food and he picked and just put all that on the side. Same time I noticed there are few British guys came after me and he talk to them nicely and served nicely. So he is doing kind of racism here . Me and my kids was not happy at all. Just waste my food.

I normally enjoy subway... However, this experience mortified me and my friends. In the wait queue I was on the phone to my mother speaking French and received dirty looks. Not only this, when it came to me ordering, the customer service was dreadful. This was shocking to my white British friends who had no problem at all... Also, my Asian friend was taking her order and also received horrible customer service and then the two grown men decided to speak slack about us to a white British friend of ours. I am quite concerned about the mentality these two men have. I hope to never experience this again in a store.

if one star was an option i would ? absolutely awful people in there. been kicked out of the place several times and have been treated terribly due to my race. on the first occasion, me and my friends were always treated awfully due to our race that we couldn’t even order. on the second occasion, me and my friends had ordered and the attitude the staff had with us was disgusting. our friend goes in to order after us and they had said things about us, and we did nothing wrong. have always gone to the other branches in yeovil. terrible customer service from this place.

For the longest time this subway has been in bad bad condition. I’ve gone there a few times more despite never getting a fresh sub - only stale bread, little ingredients and stale cucumbers and salad etc - as it is in a convenient location and every time I had hope it would be better. But I definitely won’t be coming back after the sub I had this week which I am still suffering a terrible stomach pain and vomiting from three days later. It is not a surprise this branch is either always empty or has customers you can count on one hand. Please do better. Very unappealing to see regular flies and fruit flies around the store when your food is uncovered, as well as crumbs most of the time all over the seating areas.

Brilliant service here!! 5 stars ✨ the dudes that served us were perhaps the best comedic duo I've come across in subway! (If I'm not mistaken "bry" and "Ethan" although I definitely could be wrong ?) Very welcoming and friendly and didn't make you feel as tho you had to leave straight after your food! Both very sweet with my son too! And ofc the food was bangin!! Keep up with the awesome work dudes! ? From "Spiderman" and his mummy! ???

No toilet working so had to walk to bus station. No signs about not saving a table when with family? Which staff really had a go at my husband about it when I had gone to the toilet. Probably didnt want to confront me as I'm a big lady and would have flattened them. Which was about me contaminating the table when I had sanitized my hands had two vaccines and wore a mask the whole time. Wont be visiting again going to the gorge instead.

Really bad customer service from the lady server. ( the rest of the staff are lovely ) My friends and I walked in and the door did not close behind us , without saying please the women aggressively asked us if we know how to shut a door and complained that she was cold. She then did not say thank you when we close the door for her. So we left and went to Tesco subway where the staff actually have respect for their customers.

Would give 0 if I couldCustomer Service was horrible, very rude, none of the staff knew what they were doing. The women who served me might of been new but was very rude as well as getting my order wrong and when I corrected her she was very rude to me. When I got my order there was barely any chicken in my sandwich as well as very little salad : two spinach leafs and 3 bits of olives. Was very unhappy and as I was complaining to my friends about my order the women made me feel very uncomfortable as she kept giving me dirty look.
