100% would return. Extremely great value for money. The food was AMAZING, I had grilled salmon florentine and it stayed on the plate less than a minute. Also had the apple and blackberry crumble, 11/10 for the price and couldn’t ask for better really. The staff are all very polite, friendly and helpful. My room is very comfortable, only thing which I could say is the TV could be bigger.

Outstanding service. Very friendly staff and helpful. Unfortunately the general maintenance is very poor. Leaking roof, paintwork in desperate need of restoration, carpet in poor condition plus many other areas that need some TLC.

Very grateful to the team here! After a very long drive I found the original hotel I booked had closed down so had nowhere to stay! The wonderful lady on reception was very sympathetic to me and helped me book a room so I didn't have to sleep in my car. Thank you very much!

I Know that Breakfast was part and parcel of my room rate, but it wasn't clear whether I was just entitled to the cold buffet style breakfast, or a cooked breakfast. Would I stay here again? No!

Very warm and welcoming. Staying just the one night but very clean and comfortableBreakfast was really good...pipping hot and made to order not sat under heat lamps for hours. Would definitely recommend a stay and the breakfast ?.

Lady in the bar was fantastic and was working when she shouldn’t be ,food was good but have to say the lady on the bar was exceptional ,actually cared about her work and was there even though she wasn’t meant to

This is primarily a hotel and restaurant that's open to non-residents. Unfortunately, for non_residents, parking is restricted in the adjacent pay and display car park, which has a 2 hour max stay. The lounge area is comfortable but small. When we visited, non-diners had limited seating options, as all the tables were reserved for diners. It's a pleasant place and I have received good reports regarding the catering.

The only way to improve this hotel is to burn it down and turn it into a park. That is

Awful christmas meal (see photo). The starter halloumi chips looked like some cheap kids meal and tasted of old cooking fat. Dry potatoes, weirdly spongy stringy veg. Stuffing (I think) which was greasy and turkey - possibly sliced from a roll, but tasteless, albeit it did have moisture. Well overpriced. We had another Christmas meal at Haselbury Mill the following evening and the contrast couldn't have been greater - good fresh food, perfectly cooked and professionally presented. The Manor failed though.
