The Quicksilver Mail hosted our works Christmas Meal this year. There were 23 staff members all of whom really enjoyed the evening. Food was superb, great selection of beers and ciders and of course the service which was spot on. Looking forward to visiting again in the summer for a skittles evening. I had my party here on Saturday night, the staff were lovely however you charged £450 for two plates of sandwiches, a plate of onion bhajis which were burnt, a plate of spring rolls two bowls of biscuits a bowl of crisp a plate of samosas, a plate of chicken strips and a plate of quiche. You could easy buy all of this for £100 max. To top it off your staff come and took the food away half way through! Luckily my mum questioned the staff and it was bought back out in tubs, you don’t take party food that someone has paid for away! When we booked you told us it was your food or no food which I understand is your rules however with £450 we know we could have got much much more. Very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend a function with you. We do have a photo of the food if anyone needs or wants to see it.

I had my daughters 30th birthday party on Saturday night 21st october I can't even describe how disappointed I was with the food. 2 plates of sandwiches 1plate of sausage rolls, 1 dish of cocktail sausages, 1 plate of samosas,1 plate of onion barges which were overly cooked, 3 dishes of nibbles,and 1 plate of chicken strips and you charged me £450 at £10 a head. I would not recommend anyone to have a function there at the prices they charged for what we got.

This is my favourite place to stay week in week out for work in Yeovil. The rooms are basic but well sized, clean, 100% functional and pleasant to stay it. First time I’ve eaten at the Quicksilver and I have to say we weren’t disappointed, definitely lives up to the reputation they have of wonderful food. We only dined in a smaller bar area,quite and lovely for us two. Our Sunday lunch was pipping hot, the Beef &Pork was lovely. The Roast potatoes would have been better if they crisper,but it will be mentioned next time we go.Which will be very soon, I would recommend the Quicksilver Mill,we're glad we did for the first time.

The room was lovely, clean and well maintained. There is plenty of parking on the property and free Wi-Fi throughout. Check-in was easy and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Definitely exceptional value for money and I would highly recommend to people staying in the area!
