We just popped in for a drink before going to the cinema, deathly quiet, no atmosphere, but served by a lovely chap, very clean and super cheap.

Had a great time, attentive service from our waitress and the Baconeater burger was excellent. Would definitely recommend beefeater for a relatively inexpensive evening out ?

Family meal for 11 for a birthday. Server was great, remembered everybody’s orders and drinks. Polite and friendly throughout. We were asked several times if everything was okay. Food was good, fillet steak, exceptional! Cooked exactly as asked. Big portions, quite a few of us had a turkey dinner from the festive menu, they bought out plenty of gravy, extra potatoes and the biggest pile of turkey I’ve seen on a Christmas dinner! Lots of extra touches such as after eights and mince pies which we were not expecting. No issues splitting the bill at the end. Restaurant and toilets were exceptionally clean and a nice atmosphere. We were given reward cards at the end and points added onto those cards from that meal. Will definitely return in the New Year.

Got served by mykisha, corbey and lauren over the course of our long stay in the restraunt, all three made us feel welcome and never a bother when we interacted.Food can be a wait but otherwise a very relaxed vibe with quality steak cuts and friendly staff.
Initially went In to book a table for that evening (30.12.23) and the manager was very welcoming and very friendly, asked us what the occasion was and if there were any alligies. When we went back in the evening again staff were very welcoming and very friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them. Food was amazing cannot fault it one bit. Staff were great all had great repppor with each other and very helpful. The manager was lovely cannot recommend them enough. Thanks again Jay

Amazing service from all of the staff, they were friendly, helpful and gave us all of the info we needed. The food was amazing, portions were huge and we were shocked by how quickly they came out, as the chef was on his own. Will 100% come back

Booked a table ad-hoc in person for Saturday 23rd December 2023. Manager was very friendly and helpful. On the evening in question the service and the meal were both excellent. Our server Kaiya was very helpful, attentive and friendly. The same could be said for the chef on the evening, Jen. Again friendly and approachable. All in all my friends and I had an enjoyable evening out.

Eat here enough to be a regular by now and it's always great! Food is always good and staff are amazing. Was looked after by Kaiya (I think) and she was super friendly and helpful, as always. Everyone on the wait team is always great and the guys in the kitchen are consistently great. Definitely plan on continuing to return

Food took ages and was cold and tables dirty. Staff looked very miserable no smiles or effort to be happy. Thought we’d try it as new people in to see if the place had improved after reading recent reviews. It hasn’t. It’s still as bad as last time we went. I can only assume some of the latest reviews are made up. We will be going elsewhere for food from now on as this place just can’t get itself sorted. Miss James, Ryan Daisy and Eddie, the old staff were great and the service and atmosphere isn’t the same. Sadly the place should just give up and shut down.
