Pretty poor experience. Didn’t have my favourite beer which isn’t the end of the world, but a minor disappointment. Used self checkout but there’s no signage for which side to put your basket on so I put it on the wrong side, which upset the system. Had to wait 4-5mins for a staff member to reset the machine as the attendant was taking ages with one person by which point 4 other people also needed the attendant. I appreciate 4-5 minutes may not seem a long time, but when you’re staring into space, it really is (try it). The staff member then finally came and was sarcastic about me putting the basket on the wrong side. There is no signage at all to indicate where to put your basket and the positioning of the carrier bags seemed to suggest it was the side I’d chosen. I then went to leave the store and before the first set of doors was greeted with a strong amount of cigarette smoke, which was worse just before a final set of doors, where a staff member was stood outside the front of the shop in full uniform smoking. Firstly, there should be a designated staff smoking area which is away from customer view. Secondly, if that cannot be provided, staff should at least have the courtesy to move away from the entrances when smoking and should also cover their uniforms. I do most of my food shopping online, and this was a timely reminder of why I do that. I certainly won’t be rushing back to this store as it doesn’t seem professionally-staffed.

Called in for breakfast and after several attempts to self order was left very hungry and disappointed why do Morrisons think ? everyone is savvy with ordering food technology??? Obviously catering for the younger generation. The last time I will be entering the supermarket ?.

It's a supermarket, not the best but very acceptable produce but usually more expensive than some others. Always good service. Make sure you check your receipt, the till price doesn't always reflect the shelf price.
