This was the first time coming here. It was fairly busy. However, even though we did not book, we did get a table after a little wait. I do get the impression it is advisable to book a table at peak times. The food was lovely. We both had fish (cod) and chips. The service was good. However, when my friend ordered a takeaway for her husband, when she got home, the fish had not been added to the order, although she paid for it.

The fish and chips were very greasy and when the waitress asked us if everything was OK I did say this. She was very couldn't care less and said she didn't cook it and didn't want to get anyone in trouble? What a stupid answer. She had long plaits. Won't be going there anymore.
